Absolutely Ridiculous. Paid almost $30 for a Steak Sub with ONE little spoon of steak on it and the rest veggies and sauce. Then ordered a Wrap and out of its ingredients and the sandwiches you still couldn’t have made a complete meal for ONE person.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Placed an online order and apparently it was cancelled. It was for the BOGO footlong deal. Restaurant said they didn’t get the order and they couldn’t give me the deal unless it came from online which I did but apparently it was cancelled and they have no clue why. I was told this has happened a lot and I will get a refund within 24 hours. Spoke to a manger and she sounded annoyed and didn’t seem like she will fix this problem since it’s been happening so much and it’s still a problem. It’s terrible to leave a customer without an immediate refund or the food they ordered. If they can’t fix it because of corporate then they need to let the people of McKenzie know not to order online. We work hard for our money and we don’t need it held up because a business can’t communicate.

From now on, I’m going inside to order so I can watch them make my sandwiches. If I go through the drive thru, my order is rarely ever right. Today I waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches. I specifically told the girl twice, do not toast the turkey footlong, it came out toasted, wrong bread, no cheese. Other sandwich was missing some vegetables. I understand mistakes happen, but this happens every time we go here. If I’m paying $25 for 2 sandwiches, I expect them to be made correctly.

Ordered a number 18(the new italian bmt) and was told I couldnt add items when i get to the veggie side, I had to do it on the meat side before i got to the veggies so she could write down what I wanted on my sub paper. This place has definitely gone way down hill. Our order was called in, $30 for 2 sandwiches & neither was made right. Made sure to be extra polite thinking that would get them made right this time, but definitely won’t be going back. They were wonderful for so many years, like went above & beyond with excellent food & customer service. But u can’t raise prices AND cut quality & customer service. Have spent $120 on sandwiches that were NOT what we paid for!

Poor experience tonight for dinner. We love going to get a fresh power bowl. There was no line and no one waiting at the window. So when you ask for your cucumber to be cut up there should be no hesitation. I usually ask for my cucumber and bacon to be cut up and it has never been an issue. But the pure hatred and lack of customer service was awful and the woman did not know how to give service with a smile. It was so bad my husband almost walked out mid meal preparation. The food was mediocre, the staff were unhelpful and couldn’t care less about my satisfaction. The guy at the window who waited on me did not even say one single word, just stared at me creepily until I drove away. It was super strange.
Last Chance
It was awful. All around awful. Took 20 mins. for 4 young ladies to make 2 sandwiches. (Keep in mind we were the only customers there) our sandwiches weren’t even sandwiches. More like sauce, onions, olives and bread. Both steak sandwiches combined wouldn’t even had made one complete sandwich. (This has not been the first time that this has happened but it will be the last)

Drove from huntingdon to McKenzie for better sandwiches and to use the coupons as we don’t get either of those things from huntingdon but it’s unfortunate to say we can’t get that from McKenzie either we had placed a mobile order 25 minutes prior the last email I got was that our order was confirmed and the pick up time so we instantly left to get our food. When we get there we say we had a mobile order and they come back to tell us they hadn’t had one so we spent ten minutes standing off to side to see what was happening as my MONEY has still been taken to find out that they are having mobile issues and it supposedly instantly rejected it but hasn’t gotten an email till I was already there. We stressed that our money was still taken and we get the it will be returned in 24 hours I’m sorry but In this economy some of us can’t afford to just spend money on food and not get it then they go without for that night or day. They didn’t seem to care at all or want to try to make anything right so we will not be coming back here or likely any subway around here since no one here that works at one can actually care for their customers and their jobs.

I got 6 inch on wheat, the bread was so dried out it would ctunble and toward the middle it was so tough I couldn’t hardly bite it. I asked for onions and tomatoes the tomatoes where mushy, and I couldn’t even taste the onions it so few on it. Needless to say it will be quite a while before I go back to subway
