Straight trash and i worked in restaurants, the manager needs to fire the whole staff! How do you toast the sandwiches and they are still cold, way to much sauce and most of the steak is on half the sandwich, i asked for spinach and got literally 4 leafs, never returning!

I have to find out how these stores are getting great reviews but yet when I visit I get horrible service. How can they sale the flatbread with a broken toaster. That bread has to be toasted. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. How did my bacon get cooked. Sandwich was horried. I asked for chipotle ranch n got French dressing. Called to complain had to speak to a manager but manager not there on a friday at lunchtime. I will not be returning

Ordered my sandwiches through grubHub. The wrap was as tiny as I’ve ever seen in any subway and very soggy! My daughters sandwich was not made to her satisfaction it was not toasted and there was like 2 tablespoons of lettuce on it. What was worse is when I took the sandwiches back this manager trainee name Lee Lee kept rolling her eyes at me and making her faces, Rolling her shoulders at me and being very rude! Also very racist against Caucasians! She called the owner Amy and basically the owner did not care either. I asked them what it was worth losing another customer being they have bad reviews already. They just did not care also the restaurant was nasty and dirty and I saw A couple roaches crawling next to the food. Also if you look at the reviews someone had bitten into a beetle on one of the sandwiches. That manager Lee Lee told me the customer is not always right. I run my own business and I do not treat my clients like this. My next call will be too The health department. Very very rude employees as well. There’s a Subway a couple miles away on summer avenue that is 10 times better and very very nice family that owns it. They care about their customers and they will go that extra mile it’s worth going down the road to get better sandwiches in a much cleaner restaurant.

I was very displeased with my service. I am by no means a difficult customer so I was very surprised when being greeted with a bad attitude. This bad attitude continued for the duration of my finances and I’s ordering process from both female employees working. There’s a difference between having a bad day and just being flat out rude. Safe to say we will not be back. Hope this gets taken care of for future customers.

Went in for lunch the other day after placing my order online. It was very busy when I arrived, with at least 6-7 people in line. I patiently waited and when I got to the front, not a single employee acknowledged I was even there. I proceeded to the end of the counter, and still was ignored. I finally got the attention of the manager and said I was picking up an online order. He fumbled with a few bags and found my sandwich, which was done before I even got in the store, some 7-10 mins. earlier. They have an “Online Pickup” shelf that they don’t even bother using. I could have come in, picked up my food, and been on my way. When I finally got my meal and a drink cup, more than half of the soft drinks were only dispensing carbonated water. This store is in dire need of training and help.

This is the absolute worst Customer Service I’ve ever had in my life the 3 girls working were rude , only had two types of bread that was stale like it had been sitting out all day long . When asked what I want on my sandwich as I explained how I wanted Mayo on my meat the girl put it on the bread regardless of what I said so I repeated myself the other girl said just flip the cheese over so she slung cheese off flipped it over I REPEATED myself again she then said you don’t have to yell , I was extremely friendly. Another girl walks behind looks dead at me and said “ do you have a problem?” I had 5 sandwiches that were WET (FROM THE SOAP AND WATER THE GIRL WASHED THE Mayo and mustard bottles with that she didn’t dry off ) sloppy and the service and quality was the worst I’ve ever had and definitely money wasted because food was absolutely disgusting.

I started this location not when I usually go to I haven’t been to Subway in a while however it took forever to get somebody to come up front from out back and of course now they have revamped and changed their menu to more what they think is more high-end in Fancy a lot of the original sandwiches that you used to get I’m like the famous cold cut combo no longer exist prices are different I will no longer be going to Subway it’s just the way it is

Just spent 30 minutes waiting in a line purely because the workers were moving Hella slow. When I finally get there they have no cheddar cheese and only had white bread and the worker didn’t even care or apologize when I asked about it. Never get a sandwich toasted if you come here it stays cold no matter what. Half of their drinks were out of order and the sprite I did get was just soda water.

My experience wasn’t good for evening shift after they closed 30min earlier than the given time. Had to cancel my online order. I will try the day shift. Hopefully the good reviews come from the employees working during noon hours ♀️
