The sandwiches here are the best from any subway I’ve been to! Amber knows how to make the best sandwiches and she is a vibrant, happy, always smiling lady! I love stopping by!

Not sure If this is the right location but we stopped to get food because we were on our way home from taking our puppy to the ER vet and when my fiance dropped his sandwich he was so upset and wouldn’t go back in to ask for a remake because it was “his fault” but they were so kind and remembered his order and remade it for him. They were so fast too! Amazing people!!! I don’t remember their names but the guy had an earring! Love yall!

I have to say that this particular subway is lacking customer service skills. I went in today at 3:15 and the girl who was working really needs some training on people skills. Very rude. No one was in there but me waiting in line with no acknowledgment that i even came in for a few minutes before she came over. She never said hello or anything then came over with an attitude. I even asked her why she was being so rude after a couple smart remarks. I decided after that i would take my business elsewhere and left without my food. Please work on training your staff.. this is not the first time Ive had bad service in this restauraunt.

Honestly, Subway has and will always be one of the most liked and well reviewed fast food franchise chains in the U.S. mainly because customers get the employee’s undivided attention while they make ur sandwich or multiple sandwiches and plus u have the luxury of watching the employee make ur food unlike most other restaurants. But on this particular day, the lady whom was working alone behind the counter made it very clear that she either hated her job or hated her life altogether, maybe both ♀️ ♀️. She was quick and efficient with making mine and my 2 daughter’s sandwiches but she was just so impatient and somewhat rude. My youngest daughter still tipped her $20 though which is more than what I would have done but I have been a server for over 20 years and have raised my girls to always tip no matter what but to also tip based on the service provided. Just hate to see employee’s having a bad day cause that negativity tends to permeate throughout the entire environment. But I still recommend this place cause the food is overall healthy and not too expensive.

I ordered 4 subs today. There were two girls there who were making the subs. A brunette girl helped on my order until another customer came in, She then asked for his order and started making his one sub. She finished and rang him out before mine were even completed. The blonde girl finished making my order while the brunette walked to the back area. I requested hot peppers on 3 of the subs and the blonde girl opened a container to get more of them. While the blonde girl was still helping me the brunette girl came out from the back and yelled at the blonde girl, ordering her to empty all the hot peppers into the metal container. The blonde girl was very polite and respectful, but the brunette was everything but. First of all, If I was ahead of other customers then Subway should have finished making my order first. Second, That brunette girl wasn’t working but wanted to yell at coworker (who was working) to put the peppers away in front of a customer. That is very upsetting to see employees being treated so disrespectfully. I never see this in Bristol or Piney Flats which makes it a more pleasant Subway to go to.

The women that made my sub tonight at 8:30 was so disrespectful. She made my sub and with the same gloves tried to make the man’s sub behind me and she got mad when he requested her to change her gloves before making his. He just wanted a cheese pizza and she tried to use the meatball sauce for the marinara even tho the customer had already stated he doesn’t eat meat and refused to open another bag of marinara because she wasn’t doing it “for just him” and he stated again he can’t eat meat and she just said I’m going to call my manager. If I was the manager I would fire her on the spot if I saw how she treated this poor man it was ridiculous.

We tried the online order for dinner. The process of choosing your sandwich toppings is a little tricky. There are toppings pre chosen for each sandwich. If you don’t take them off you will get things that you may not want. The sandwiches were very good, once we took the unwanted stuff off.

Slowest subway in history. Staff was very rude and looked completely out of their minds on something. Could hardly talk and sniffing constantly. No military discounts (first subway I’ve been to that didn’t offer). Only two employees working and half the vegetables looked terrible. Then when we handed them a $50 bill (older bill), the girl apparently had never seen one before and refused to take it. We assured her it was real and she marked it three times and then told us “it would come out of her paycheck if it wasn’t real, even though the marks were fine. I guess it really is hard to find good help these days. Won’t be back

When I entered there was only one employee behind the counter. After some time a Male employee comes from the bathroom and goes in the back. The lady working was doing her best but the restaurant was getting crowded. Once the Male came to the counter area he just stood at the register even though she had several sandwiches waiting for there veggies as she was still working on getting the order for the couple in front of me. I felt realy bad for her she was working hard and was very stressed trying to keep up ON HER OWN. I wish I had gotten her name subway should know how hard she tried for them and how sorry the other employee is. The sandwiches were very good and her service was excellent but with no help it took way to long to get done.
