Workers are unorganized, nearly demanding cash tips, coughing all over food. While we were eating, all employees went outside to smoke right in front of the door and as new customers walked up, they were told they were only filling online orders and would not serve them. Work surfaces were very dirty. I wish we had not eaten here are hoping we don’t get sick.

I’m embarrassed to say that this is the subway near our home because we walked up to two employees sitting out front in front of the door smoking and complained at where I parked. The teenager who didn’t even look like he was old enough to work. There said that if I didn’t move my car that the manager or owner would be very upset and I said I’m sorry. Are you guys open? It shouldn’t matter where I’m parked and then they didn’t even want to make my food and we’ve been in their numerous times where they don’t even have hardly any items. They’re out of meats. They’re out of breads. Their veggies are scarce. They have hardly any cheese. No one washes their damn hands and they’re sitting their coughing or giving you attitude. I’m sorry but they either need a whole new staff or they need to shut that location down because they’re not worth going

Was immediately greeted with them yelling that they only take cards and only have white and wheat bread. Then the older woman was pretty rude when making our orders and even got a few things wrong. We decided to sit and eat and overheard the next customer complain that she coughed in her hands and didn’t change her gloves. I also witnessed her refilling several things without gloves and coughing the whole time. This was a terrible subway experience and I’m worried for the health of the customers. This must be a franchised location a family owns because this wouldn’t be acceptable in a corporate location.

I love subway. Have since I was a little kid. I’ve travelled all over the world and never have I received service as bad as this location. I ordered a turkeycali and was served ham and bacon with mayo. The older lady, when corrected exclaimed “well I can’t reach the turkey”. The workers have their cigarettes and vapes all over the tables and refuse to listen to the one worker who actually knows what she’s talking about. They cough all over the food and counters. They yell at customers for making changes to sandwiches. And they refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes as they cuss and scream at each other about their schedules. This is a horrific location and it’s extremely disappointing. Subway, we love you, but please fix this!

Two times this has happen to me when I have arrived at the store. The first time the lady was complaining about my order the entire time to my face and other workers also followed this by cussing out a fellow coworker causing them to walk out. After this she threatened to cough on my food. The second time I came they told me as I walked in they were closed to only do online orders. I told them I would wait and only wanted 1 sandwich in which I ended up waiting 15mins just for my order to be taken by a different woman that had just finished smoking outside.

We have lived in three states, and have always been big Subway fans. We don’t eat meat, so we eat a lot of vegetables. This Subway is the worst one we have ever lived by. Not only is it frustrating when employees are out front smoking, they get our online orders wrong almost every time. Tonight due to my son’s sports, we needed a quick meal so I ordered here. When I went in, she said hey we didn’t have any olives and ran out of onions. I said my son gets three things on his sandwich. Last time you didn’t have olives either, and we didn’t know until we got home and opened his sub. She responded well it’s not our fault. You can have a refund but you have to leave the sandwiches. I laughed and said I’ll go buy olives. Little did I know how badly they made the subs. One sub had lettuce that wasn’t supposed to. One sub didn’t have spinach. The other didn’t have tomatoes. And they were completely just thrown together. I was embarrassed for them. The world is short handed, but you can still have pride in what you are doing. My husband runs a restaurant and when they are low on items, they go buy them. And customer service goes a long way.

I eat Subway at least once a week while traveling. I should have known something was up when I arrived and there was no one there. The ladies were nice enough until I noticed she was just putting things on there the way she wanted them and not the Subway way. For a footlong she put three slices of turkey and the slices of cheese. She did put a lot of bacon on there so I didn’t say anything. When it came to the toppings they were out of three things that were essential to my sub, a Turkey Cali. No avocado, no onions, and no bell peppers. I expected her to put extra lettuce or something but she didn’t. When she rang me up she said it was $14.99. I argued that it’s supposed to be $12.99 but she insisted that’s what the machine was telling her. I paid, knowing it was a mistake. She then goes on a tiraid about how he “the owner” has raised prices and is losing all his customers. I really wanted to call her out that I’d gladly pay for a well made sandwich but I just chalked it up to a lesson. I will not be returning. I really hope the owner reads these reviews. He needs to let the bad mouthing burgundy haired lady with no teeth go. She is killing his business.
