The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can’t do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!

As soon as you walk inside the atmosphere felt tense and everyone was silent. No music. The customer service was HORRENDOUS! Had to repeat myself many many times as well as I had multiple sandwiches to order and yet they skipped me to the next person. So I had to wait for them to finish with another customer before I could continue my order. I asked for extra olives and pickles on my footlong sub. She(the back of her shirt said “The Boss”) placed 3 pickles on the entire thing with only 5-8 olives on it. I asked for a little bit more and she rolled her eyes and only added 3 more pickles and like 5 more olives. So I again said I would like a lil more in a somewhat joking manner cause I know it’s somewhat strange the amount of pickles and olives I like. She huffed and then with an attitude said “she’s crazy” under her breath to the male coworker on shift with her. I didn’t appreciate the attitude and I don’t know where the courage came from but I responded with “You like what you like and I like what I like.” I just left it at that and continued my order and payed. As I was filling my drinks “The Boss” began speaking to the male coworker in another language and was talking loud enough she knew I could here while gesturing at me. So I’d know they were talking about me but could not understand. I had walked into this establishment with the mindset of asking for an application as I saw their hiring sign.

I just ordered a sweet onion teriyaki salad from Subway. I had it delivered through Door Dash. I ordered extra meat and for teriyaki sauce to be included. I also got let, tam and onions, nothing else. Of course, cheese, but no other veggies. There was obviously no teriyaki sauce added and not entirely sure extra meet was put on there. There were also some peppers and cucumbers. Again, I did not order that. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened. It wasn’t too long that I called up to the store to complain to the manager about my order being completely wrong. It was rather funny to me, but it seemed to take TWO people to be on a phone call with a customer. I’m not entirely sure I spoke to a manager. If I did, it was to a bad one. What manager is going to allow one of his employees to listen in on a phone call? Obviously, not a very good one. While I was talking to him, the young girl that was also there that evening started speaking and I hung at that point and contacted corporate. I don’t know if corporate did anything, because that is such an unbelievable story. No one is going to believe a manager is that bad, so bad, he is going to have others listen in on his phone calls with customers. I’ve not went to Triana since. Which is sad, I loved the idea of having a drive-thru Subway close.

Yesterday we ordered sandwiches. And my husband ordered the sandwiches from the App. And the two sandwiches we ordered wasn’t right. He told them how he wanted them. And then he called and told the person Also how he wanted them. And after all that they were still made wrong. We always come to this location because we stay right around the corner from them. It’s a very clean place. And One of the works was on her phone while with a customer. That’s very unprofessional. My opinion she had put her phone away and dealt with the customer instead of the phone. It was her own personal phone that she was on.

Nonexistence customer service. Placed an order online for 2 meatball sandwiches only to find out after I got there to pick them up that they were out of meatballs. I understand them being out since it was late in the day but at the very least, they could have called back to let me know they were out of meatballs instead of letting get to the store. I was so irritated I turned around and walked out without cancelling the order. I called them back once I got home to make sure it was done. I identified myself and told one of the teenagers on shift that the least they could have done was call me back. I could barely get the words out when she interrupts me telling me I could have ordered something else. Hands down worst customer service EVER!!!

The customer service there is HORRIBLE. We placed an online order to pick up and my husband had to use the bathroom and was told once he got out I hope you didn’t mess up my bathroom sir. Like who says that? It was the little pink headed younger girl. (Attitude once you see her) Then I go in to get our food and said I had a pick up and the pink headed one smiled when I said my name and laughed and then continued to make fun of how my name is spelled. Like how ignorant and uneducated can you be to not know that meagan can be spelled a million different ways.

GHETTO!!!! The food wasn’t the issue, it’s the horrible customer service. I went in with my 2 kids and the 2 employees were arguing, I thought they were going to fight. They were cussing and carrying on like we weren’t in there. It’s took 3 minutes for me to be acknowledged. They’re nails are so long they can barely fold sandwiches. Don’t be so desperate to hire just anybody because that’s exactly what this location did. Horrible!!!!!!
