Manager is completely rude. I went with my dad and you could tell she doesn’t train the staff at all. She needs to retire and let someone young take over because she runs the place like a bad McDonald’s. I’ve heard others have seen her be rude to employees and I believe it after what I saw. She is consistently putting workers down and causing ghetto scenes in the store. Subway should be embarrassed.

Soooooo, tonight I was in Subway with my cousin and my friend, and I wasn’t very pleased with the things I saw. As I was ordering my food, I noticed how the worker (the assistant manager that just started)fixing the food was telling the other worker she would come down and ring out the girl food after she got done fixing my cousin and I sandwiches. All of orders were separate so I really didn’t understand why the worker couldn’t ring anyone out being that we never had to wait on anyone to ring us out when it’s more than one worker there.

These guys used to be #1… until new ownership took over & fired all of the old staff. These ladies were on top of their game! They knew their customers by name, were friendly & able to multi-task, & if you were a regular (like myself, at the time)- they already knew what you wanted upon entering the store.

This location must have friends/family of the employees posting the reviews bc these good, 4-5 star reviews are not the experience I had and hasn’t been the experiences of everyone I know who has been there. The employees are extremely rude, the manager is hands down the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced in my 25+ years in the service industry. I don’t understand why she still has a job unless the owner/company just doesn’t care. Also, when working with the public making and serving food, employees shouldn’t come to work sick. Especially if they are the kind of sick requiring Imodium. I know this bc I heard her on the telephone telling someone “I really need you. I’ll get you Imodium.” If subway/the franchise owners actually want to have a restaurant that scores highly and performs well they need to do an entire overhaul of the reform store. I’ve submitted a formal complaint to corporate bc of the “I’ll get you Imodium” situation. Anything that puts the public’s health/wellness at risk demands higher action immediately.

Currently sitting in subway. Where two teenage girls are working. It is ridiculous. They told the girl in front of us they cook the chocolate cookies before they close and don’t put them out so they can take them home. They had a whole sheet of them setting to the side and gave that customer a chocolate chip cookie. The person behind me asks for a chocolate chip cookie. They state they do not have any when there is A WHOLE SHEET OF THEM THEY ARE PLANNING ON TAKING HOME! My hot sandwich was ready to be checked out and she told me she couldn’t check me out bc she had to make the sandwich for the people behind me or they would have to wait. Excuse me. My sandwich was ready to be rung up and I had to wait for her to finish there order. That’s not really good business. Ridiculous. If your gonna hire children maybe you should put an adult on the shift with them. Smh.
