This location WILL steal from you if you order delivery. Order from the other location in Ruskin, way better and I’m not missing half of the protein on my sandwich that I paid for. Weirdly have come to discover that my sandwich was in fact opened and looks as though the meat was removed before arriving at my address. I have already contacted the franchise about this. Stay safe, do not order from this location. This has happened one too many times now upon getting delivery from this location and I’ve had enough.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered through the app for delivery. Two of the three sandwiches were wrong. I called the store to complain and was told I had to bring the food back myself if I wanted it replaced. I ordered delivery, paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver so I didn’t have to go anywhere. I was told that they can’t do anything other than that. I suggested he get new sandwiches delivered and pick up the old ones. He said he couldn’t. I asked who the manager was so that i could get better service (the person I was talking to was rude) and got hung up on….. If I used doordash instead of the subway app, I could have been easily compensated for the mistake with no problems. I will never use the subway app again and I will NEVER give this location my business again. All of my friends, family and neighbors will be told about the way I was treated and the horrible customer service.

NOPE. NOPE. NEVER. Little boy with black hair was the MOST disrespectful service worker I’ve EVER encountered. Made my 2 subs wrong (with stuff I EXCLUDED that I’m allergic to) then when I asked for them to be remade- threw everything down and sloppily made the sandwiches and argued with me back and forth to the point of a screaming match. Too worried about his tiktok music over the speakers while he works “alone” with a friend behind the counter. Spent a total of 30 minutes waiting when my subs were supposed to be done in ten. You can’t kill these little kids with kindness. They’re just stupid.

We have no luck here. We thought we would give it a shot yesterday for lunch bc there was no one else waiting…didn’t help. We were still waiting almost 30 minutes just to order. They were taking online orders and filling them before taking care of the people in the store…then, everyone was getting helped out of order. We stood there forever waiting but someone came in 20 minutes after us in a hurry, so they decided it would make more sense to help them first…ummm…no, I need to get back to work. luckily, mine was so burnt, it was inedible, so I wasn’t late clocking back in. As we are all waiting, an alarm starts to go off…and none of the staff react to it for a solid 7 minutes. Finally, some others (that must have been on a break of some kind) decided to turn off the alarm and start helping…what a mess, never again.

The overnight worker Jorge, is such a slow worker. He doesn’t like working with food and takes forever to make 1 sandwich. I had to stop him from serving a customer and tortilla that had a fly on it. Then as myself and another customer said he is moving slow, he told me he was not going to serve me anything. Customer service with his is low.

Its pointless to do an online order here. It will never be ready when its supposed to be. Marked time for it to be done? Not done by then. Says ready in the app? They haven’t even started. A matter a fact they won’t even start your order until you show up. 5 times now this has been the case and I’ve had to sit around to wait for something that was supposed to be done.

Flat, dry sandwich. Had a nightmare a few months ago with mistaken hours online. They close at 10pm fyi. Charged me and could not refund next day and no food. Before that I had ordered my usual steak sandwich and they were out of steak not getting it for about a week and didn’t tell me until I arrived and offered chicken alternatives. Tried them again today and the sandwich was okay but very dry and very flat. I paid for extra cheese that’s not happening. Their parking space for curbside pickup was being used by the store next door so I had to sit in handicap which I hate doing for 10 minutes no one brought the food out I had to go in and ask for it and they said they had to cook some meatballs unexpectedly for my second sandwich. I guess we should be happy there’s people showing up to work at Subway right now with our economy but I wish it was better at this store.

Ordered ahead, 1 hour lead time. Pulled in at scheduled time to pick up curbside. Waited 8 min. All staff members inside were standing talking to each other. Had to go inside to inquire and that’s what they STARTED making the sandwiches. Standing around with an order waiting. Why accept order ahead which is pre paid, if you’re going to do nothing. Bad business Subway.

We ordered for delivery and unfortunately if you’re not there when they’re making the salad, they will barely fill half a bowl – but you pay full price. I’m extremely disappointed and was left hungry. Just because I prefer to eat healthier, doesn’t mean I’m on a diet. See for yourself in the pictures…
