1 star for two issues in 2 days: The first issue saw me arriving on time for curbside pickup, waiting 15 minutes before I went inside to retrieve my now-cooled toasted sub with a side of frantic apology from the sandwich artist behind the register. No worries… I know how a lunchtime rush can be, so I kept moving hoping my next meal would be different.

Completely unprofessional and rude staff. I placed an order on Door Dash and the person making the orders refused to complete my order because they had run out of the bread for my sandwich. When I tried to ask them politely to use another bread that they had available, they refused to talk to me and treated me very rudely. And they made the Door Dasher wait almost half an hour before letting them know that my order couldn’t be completed. So I waited more than an hour for my order and it was cancelled anyway. I would have appreciated if they could have treated me and the Door Dasher with more courtesy, considering we were both more than patient and kind to them. I will never buy from this store again.
