This store has rude and disgusting ppl working here, their attitude to customers is sad being they don’t know us and should have good customer service this lady here is nasty and disrespectful and shouldn’t be working with people. Seems like she’s made with her life and should be fired also had another guys prior rude rude slow for no reason when only one person in the store. Any female that can look mad at another for no reason is disgusting to me playing music and talking on her personal phone and telling me take it or not lol crazy ghetto spot

Came here on Saturday August 26th and the two ladies that were behind the counter were super friendly and nice. The place was probably the cleanest subway I have seen and when the first lady was busy with my mega stuff wrap I like over stuff my wraps and another customer came in she immediately called for the 2nd one to come out and took the other customer order right away.

This place has horrible service.the girl name cha is very disrespectful she literally made the remark of saying she not going to serve me because of what I had overheard and said about the catering order that they had was was cancelled until Friday and my remark was “(they will be getting some stale sandwiches then)” and cha started insulting me I’m not ok with the disrespect from any one. someone needs to have a word with her about customer service she just can’t say anything she wants to customers. Even if they are super overwhelmed like what had happened today or even if she heard what she heard I can not believe that I literally wasn’t even talking to cha. Nikia was the one talking about the catering order and she was laughing about my remark about the catering order Nikia is very sweet and nice

This is the best Subway in North Miami. Every time that I’ve come here, Nikia has given amazing service and makes me want to come back. The veggies are freshly cut, the bread is soft, and the cookies taste like they just came out of the oven. 10/10, thank you Nikia!

This is the most unprofessional Subway I’ve EVER been in. I placed an online order and when I got to subway the door was locked. The two employees looked at me pulling the door but said nothing. Thankfully, I had an umbrella. A customer walked out, another inside customer was instructed to lock the door. After waiting outside in the rain, I called the store letting them know that I placed an order online. The guy on the phone said ” Someone pass her that sub and lock the door after you do.” Never will I order from this place again. Makes no sense to leave people standing in the rain.. the store was not closed.. clearly we saw people in line. Smh. Never Again.

I recently came here at around 2 p.m., and there was only one worker here. The line reached outside the door in less than 5 minutes after I came in. I decided where I would sit down and immediately went to the back of the line. I was literally at this subway for more than an hour because of the slow service. The worker was quick and good at multitasking; however, he was no match for the long line of people that continued to grow. When other customers started to complain and ask why was only one worker there, he replied, “someone called out at the last minute.” Around 3:30 p.m, two other workers came in and subsided the line. Overall, my experience was good; aside from the slow service and shortage of staff, everything was good.

I wish I would’ve checked the reviews. I debating where to go for lunch and chose this location close to my job. Worst decision ever. Everything is wrong about this location . Crazy gettho place. As I walk in, two employees were talking and laughing over the ingredients as they were preparing people’s food. Cellphones in the prep area. Charged me for the flat bread. First time subway charged for a flat bread. Didn’t give me a receipt and on top of everything. My sub was made so wrong that I couldn’t even take a bite off it. I ordered rotisserie chicken and the meat itself was ice cold. Also the flat bread was cold too. I can’t ask for a refund because I was never given a receipt. stay away from this location.

Hay I had SUBWAY today for lunch. Located off 62nd street and 7th ave. I met Nigel who prepared my Turkey Sub and it was DELICIOUS. Nigel was so nice he even let me take his pic. Also a lady there I told you I was going to name her red because her hair is so bright and red she was also very nice .The location was very nice and clean I felt like I was very special in that place I will certainly go back there and have lunch again. check it out. Thumbs up to Nigel. great job.
