The main reason for my 1 star review is that I usually come here on my lunch time and there is this new employee trying his best, fast and good compare to others before, but the person in charge has no management skills, I ordered a sandwich and he did great, ask question in a pleasant way but looks like per management something was not, I was not complaining at all and the manager abruptedly started screaming to him in front of every one. For other reviews I can see this is a pattern, she should be replaced. Another thing I noticed for the 9 months I have been coming is the crew is constantly changing, is it them or management? Very clear, the owner should do something.

Management needs to properly train the staff at this location. On two separate occasions I placed online orders. In both cases I was told the order was never received. What’s interesting is that in both cases I could hear the device near the cash register periodically beeping loudly. I think that sound lets the staff know that they have an online order pending, but it seems they aren’t trained to handle online orders. I don’t blame the staff for not having been properly trained. After reaching out, I never heard back from either store management or Subway regarding the invalid charges to my credit card. I had to dispute the credit card charges in both cases. Both local management and Subway need to up their game.

Do not order mobile Take out at this location. Twice I’ve arrived and my food hasn’t been ready. This is after waiting a while before leaving to pick it up to give them a chance to make it. The app says it’s ready and I arrive ten minutes after it’s suppose to have been ready and it hasn’t even been started. Not only that, there’s usually a line of people waiting to place their order and the lady insists on attending to them before starting my mobile order. Then, when I explain that I ordered a while ago, certainly before the customers arrived, she argues that she’s the only one attending the store and then proceeds to tell the other customers that some customers don’t understand.

Terrible service! One of the cuban ladies gave me and another costumer horrible attitude. She seemed overwhelmed and even left my sandwich half way done. She called her coworker who seemed new to finish it. I will never go back.

The owner needs to see our reviews and all of us have the same problems. the lady working in that store is very racist and rude. I was waiting in line for a very very long time as she is talking to the other employee while giving us dirty looks and talking bout us. She then went in the back and got some stuff and restocked some items that where already full. all of this while being very rude, giving us dirty looks and talking about us with her co worker. We where very hungry and we where waiting for a long time as well as the people behind me in line. Then my dad took a cup of water that’s FREE. and the made a huge problem and made him pay for the cup of water. the service and that lady is better off staying home as you can see from not only me but from all the other reviews.

I went on Thursday, August 11 at 9:48 p.m. The door and the worker lady say they close at 11 p.m. and as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in at 9:48 she said before we ordered while building the previous customer’s sandwich that it was take out only and I heard her telling them that it was because she has to start cleaning an hour before closing. We wanted to eat inside. We had to eat in the car and of course are not able to get refills. Especially since she started mopping the floor as soon as we walked out at 10:15 p.m. And another thing…. She said they had no spinach! We went there for the spinach because we only put spinach and not lettuce in our protein bowl! So we had to change to a sandwich. When we asked why she said the subway didn’t have any spinach! Could it be she didn’t want to open a new spinach? If they run those Spinach then I understand. No Subway has ever not had Spinach. I don’t see any phone number posted anywhere to call a manager, so I had to post this review in the hopes the manager or owner sees this. If you do tell your employee they can tell people it’s take out only an hour before closing, then I understand, it’s your rules, but I’ve never heard of this before at any Subway in all my years going to Subways, so it seems like it was her own rule. This was my first and last time to this Subway. Oh, and when she saw me getting napkins from the counter she said she put napkins in my sandwich bag and I said I wanted to get more napkins and as I am walking to get them she said, “No, you can’t get more napkins”. Are you serious? Haha.

This place has the worst service ever. The lady in the afternoon on Sunday’s is very rude. I came in with a smile Said hi to her. She was putting lettuces in a container, she looked up and answered saying, the line starts over there, I’ll take care of you when I am done. Mind you the store was completely empty. Once she was done she came and asked me what I wanted , then started to prepare my sandwich by literally throwing the cheese on the bread like I was a great inconvenience to her. No smile or even an eye contact. She made me feel so uncomfortable, like I was her enemy or something. The sandwich tasted good. But just because it was made with such aggressions and disdained I was afraid of getting a stomach ache. Never coming back, be sure of that.
