The lady that is working today is extremely horrible, the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. She shouldn’t be working with customers. This store doesn’t deserve a worker like her. She doesn’t speak with customer, I had to point the things for my sandwich. I wanted a broccoli soup and she counts say there isn’t soup and apologize. She is super rude. I’m not planning to visit this store again.

I ordered here on Uber eats, and, upon receiving my sub, I noticed there wasn’t any meatballs in my “meatball marinara.” My sub, instead, consisted of lettuce, tomato, and mayo on bread. I went to the location in hopes to get this issue fixed. The “manager,” shamear, was extremely rude in demeanor. He said he did not have any meatballs but was unwilling to find any solution to the situation, and, even though the store was empty, he did not want to add a different meat to my sub or make a new one. The only thing this man is managing is his ego. I hope the owner of this establishment fixes this issue because I will not be back to this location. I will advise others to do the same. While I am only one person, with someone like that working there, it is inevitable that there will be others who have experiences like me and share my same sentiment.

Amazing service! It’s been a long time since I went into a subway and I must say I was very very impressed with the customer service I received from Alex. The energy and professionalism he presented was a breath of fresh air. The food was also fantastic, I had a number 3 with extra bacon and it was absolutely delicious with the garlic & chipotle sauce.

A girl called Tahsin waited on me. She was rude to tell me what I want inside my bread. She threw everything inside the bread in a bad way. She was very upset. I left and didn’t want my order. You need to be very careful with your work staff, we’re talking about customer service. You must be friendly and provide good service.

Came in to order yesterday and was standing in front of young lady at counter and as I was deciding what to get she decided that now was a good time to start picking up little white circular thick cheese and taking off paper in between and started smelling every single piece of cheese. It was so strange that I thought she was kidding. But no she was not. Never asked me if I needed anything. (Me and my son were only customers in store.) Just stared in my face and smelled cheese. I most definitely did not eat here and I suggest you do not either. She put each slice back into container after smelling. I feel sorry for whomever got that cheese. gross. Maybe a call to health department will make store easier to stomach.

This must be the training store because they always have a new person that doesn’t know what they are doing. Today the newbie coughed on my bread as he was taking it off the rack. I told him and then he had the nerve to get an attitude about. I said “nevermind” and walked out.
