Walked in to this subway with my 76-year old aunt today. Four employees working and one other customer in the store. We were ready to order when my aunt, who is immuno-compromised, mentioned to the sandwich maker that she was wearing her mask below her nose. I can’t begin to describe the level of attitude the employee expressed when she threw her hands on her hips and snarled “yeah? You want someone else to make your food?” There was just one employee wearing a mask properly. We had another record-breaking day of new Covid-19 cases today. That employee was so rude (SO RUDE) that we left without ordering and will never go back. Really? Is it so much to ask that you wear your mask properly? Especially when you’re preparing food?

Bread is dried out!!! I don’t know how they’re training people here but If you want dry bread and a mouth full of mayonnaise this is the place for you. Sidenote for employees(SPEAK UP!) can’t hear anything you’re saying with your mask on, through a glass barrier, music playing in the lobby and very loud music coming from the back which by the way doesn’t match the lobbies music. This is a real review, not spam for all you fact checkers

Peachy Sweet

The female worker informed us after making sandwich that there was no lettuce. She was extremely rude, in a hurry and unaccomodating. I’ve never heard of any subway out of lettuce! She should’ve told us first and we would’ve gone somewhere else. We were visiting from Georgia and will never return.
