I have always been a big subway fan and I have tried many around florida and the experience I had at this subway was spectacular because of an outstanding employee I believe named Dominic! He made sure to craft out sandwiches with care and even made suggestions on what we should get when I couldn’t decide! You could tell he had a lot going on already but made sure to make us feel like we were still welcome! I will 100% be back at this location 🙂

I ordered a sandwich at 10:40 pm last night, the lady who was preparing the sandwich was very rude, I didn’t pay much attention to her bad and rude behavior until I wanted to pay the bill, where I gave her a 100$, she said that they don’t accept the 100$ bills, i can totally understand that each place has its own policy, but what I don’t understand and accept is the improper answer and impolite attitude, I believe this lady was having a bad day at work or maybe she didn’t like the fact that I am a tourist. I am very disappointed with this service, Orlando is well known for its amazing customer service, and it’s a shame to see such bad service at your restaurant

The man who prepared our food kept coughing and coughing on his gloves and would not change his gloves or wash his hands, we cancelled our order while he was preparing it because it was too gross, he made me very uncomfortable and I would give this zero stars if I could absolutely horrible .

There’s an employee named Matt who is just outstanding! Cheerful personality and he really made my fiancé and I’s night by being so friendly. He won’t work here long because he’ll end up being great and moving on to something better. I at this location now and all the workers are sitting in the customer seating on the phones, this whole place is a pig stye, the food prep area is nasty as well. The workers are ghetto as all I dont know what. Someone needs to come check up on this store..

today 11/25 I walked into a subway that wasn’t busy at 3838 s semoran in walmart and ask for a napkin to clean off a booth table that was dirty used which all the tables were dirty and Ashley the manager who I never met before ask me if I was a customer and asked if I wanted to order something I told her that I wasn’t sure what I was going to order yet we haven’t made up our minds yet and i still asked for a napkin so I could clean the dirty table so my 75 year old friend could sit down and I am also a senior citizen tring to relax and eat. she said the napkins were for the customers and ask another employee in the back room to go out front and clean all the tables that almost all were messy. being ignored I reach to get some napkins and Ashley started yelling at me that what I tried to do is unsanitary and keep yelling at me . so finally the other employee came out and wiped the table top and I had to tell him to clean the seat because they were nasty. even then with the table and seats all wet I still asked Ashley for a napkin to wipe the table and chairs dry and Ashley keep arguing with me that she just had the tables cleaned but I remarked that they were all wet now. so finally the table was dried and we sat down to try to figure out the new phone my 75 year old friend just purchased in walmart.. after 20 minutes Ashley still did not have any customers and stayed busy in the back room. finally myself and my friend decided Ashley was too rude to order from so we decided not to eat at this subway. I approached Ashley to find out her name and asked for a complaint form which see never gave me and argued with me that what I tried to do getting a napkin was unsanitary and I replied how here dirty tables that other people made there mess on was definetly unsanitary and all ashley did was wanted to argue and said see was going to call the cops on me. I asked her for what and she said I was harassing her. my 75 year old friend has been going in that walmart for over 30 years and was embarrassed because of Ashley. we do not want to go back to that subway as long as Ashley is working there even though we just moved closer to that walmart. I complained to walmart manager tom about the situation and he told me that should not have happened and that he (tom) has had many complaints on Ashley well heres another one. p.s I usually only eat in restaurants that have napkins on the table or you are waited on. subway should not be so cheap with there napkins and have them out for the public for sanitary reasons. my friend and myself visit that walmart several times a week have to go today will keep you posted on what kind of manager is rudely running that store we will complain to tom walmart manager each time we see Ashley there until her supervisor calls the phone number I left with tom since he had ashleys supervisors number on his phone because of all of ashleys many complaints happy holidays
