I normally go to this location a few times a week but when I went yesterday to grab a sub a I noticed a roach crawling on the food containers located on the counter. I lost my appetite and decided to leave after experiencing that! Very disgusting. Also the young kids that are working for this establishment are extremely rude and unprofessional.

I want to preface this by saying I never make reviews unless I feel like I really need to let someone know about my experience. Good or bad. I typically go to this subway on my lunch break from work when I have a hankering. Today I was on my way home from work and decided to stop for me and my fiancé. There was an unusual face behind the counter whom I have never seen there before because I usually go before 3 pm for lunch so I just assumed this was the night guy working. When I walked in right away I noticed he had headphones on his head because they were large and noticeable. He seemed to be rushing me when I was looking at the menu even though he kept his headphones on and around his neck blasting music so I didn’t realize he was even ready so I continued to look till he kept asking me. I’m honestly surprised he even took them off of his head to talk to me because the music was so loud any time I would say something I would have to repeat it numerous times because he couldn’t hear me. I was the only one in the store and he was making the food incredibly slow just in my opinion because I’ve worked for subway before and I have also come to this store many times before and it’s usually pleasant and fast. He continues to try and make small talk with me throughout the process although he cannot hear what I am saying of course, causing me to have to keep repeating myself with the small talk answers even though I was already annoyed with the fact that this situation was very unprofessional. Halfway through making my sandwich asks if I mind the music or something because I think he could tell I was annoyed. I told him it’s fine just so I could get out of there asap. When closing my fiancés sandwich half of the toppings were falling off as he was closing it, I figure he would have just grabbed fresh but instead he picked all of the toppings that fell into other toppings and onto the cutting board and put it all back inside the sandwich and then tried closing it again… this time he was successful. Maybe I asked for too much or maybe he was just heavy handed but in my opinion lettuce tomato onion extra olives and cucumbers is not a lot if portioned correctly. I’m very disgusted with the service provided and the way my fiancés sandwich was handled. I get food cost but that’s just gross and my fiancé could have been allergic to something that the toppings fell into luckily he isn’t and some of which was on his sandwich but regardless of the fact it’s just disappointing and disgusting honestly. This location is very convenient for my lunches and the people who work in the daytime rock! Excellence always…. Furthermore I will not come to this location if he is working. I will turn around and go to a different location. Thank you sorry it’s a lot to read.

I thought about not doing the review however i feel like this should be brought to someone’s attention. I typically enter and there are two lovely ladies working, I am unsure of their names but they’re both blonde if that helps. The last time i went here there was a young man sitting in the booths and told me they were closed and I believed him and he said “are you dumb?” because they actually were not closed. Me and my boyfriend proceed to enter and the guy working was so mean. Called me “retarded” multiple times, would not take my order and insisted on only listening to my boyfriend and proceeded to ask him how “he deals with me”. He complained about how people think he is white but how he is greek, and he doesn’t make any money while working for Subway, and even told me he would not put the extra cheese I asked for on my sub. I’m honestly unsure of who else was working and in charge because he made us so uncomfortable we wanted the sub and to leave asap. The three stars are for the two girls who are working hard and are always so kind when I am there. If I ever see him in there I will turn around because that was awful service.

We love our Subway subs! Lately though seems like the freshness of their bread and tomatoes left to desired! My husband went in to get my favorite Tuna and he was going to order a sub as well but the tomatoes looked terrible and outdated so he didn’t even get any the bread is usually my favorite cause of its freshness and soft as well as easy to pull apart not sure if we’ll return to that location? What a shame since it’s so close by!

Website not working properly, nobody answers phone (rang about 20 times). Too bad…..there were many I wanted to try even though most of the interesting sandwiches are out of stock.

Best thing about Subway is that no matter where you’re at the food is the same, no surprise.

I have ordered from the Subway on Clyde Morris Blvd and have never had any issues till tonight. I ordered 2 footlong subs and I don’t know who made the bread but it was disgusting, flat and wasn’t cooked all the way. I also ordered 4 Oatmeal Raisin cookies and 4 Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. When I got my order from Doordash, Subway sent me 4 Regular Chocolate chip cookies so I called the store and the guy that answered told me to come to the store and he would give me the cookies I ordered. So I go to the store with my receipt and he then asks me to see the cookies. I told him they were home and I said you didn’t tell me to bring them, you just said to come get the ones I ordered. Another guy said just give her the cookies. I was nice about the whole situation but I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

This is my normal location and I’m always quite pleased . However last week I used my rewards card ( the one I always use) and the two associates kept telling me the card was not activated. I kept saying that the rewards card not a gift card- they didn’t appear to get it.
