Flies inside the shop. The preparers were putting a cover on food as it sat on the preparation line but it was still not pleasant to see the many flies. A redeeming quality was the courteousness of the employees. They were great! I also did not know how much the cost of a six inch combo had increased.

a group of four of us walked in on our drive back from florida and each were ordering a sub, the lady in front of us ordered 5 subs and had both employees rolling their eyes at her and acted like she was the biggest pain. the lady was being a bit difficult and so they started taking our order and completely skipping over her. They ran out of meatballs for one of our subs and went back to the back and we didn’t see them for around 10 minutes while there was a line out the door. we spent a total of 45 minutes JUST ORDERING. then once they started toasting our subs they proceeded to tell us it would be a little bit longer because their toaster was broken. They then proceeded to take our subs out burnt and finish the lady in front while we just stood there waiting watching our food get cold. The girl behind kept throwing her hands up and being disrespectful to the lady in front of us. overall one of the worst experiences i have ever had.

Says they open at 8 and I came by at 8:13 and no one would open the door. When the woman in the back saw me she walked to the back. I tried calling and no one would pick up. I usually have good service here but this is bad service. She could have at least made contact with me and let me know she needed more time to get everything ready or something.

Subway was a bad experience. Two employees working. One customer ahead of me. Were standing there still. Employee doesnt acknowledge my son & I. After waiting 10 minutes the customer in front moved down to the cash register the employee cleaned an refilled her work station we were still waiting. The other employee went to the bathroom. Still no one has said anything. When the employee finished. She finally looked up to me an said next. We gave her our order. An she rung it up. Came out to 32.00 dollars. Lousy service. No selection of bread. Itd either white or wheat. Not what Subway says. Why have posted all the different type of bread. Employee had nose piercings eyebrow everywhere. I think piercings are ok. But it has a time an place. Will not be back. Adel lost two good customers. Money is hard to come by $32.00 an lousy lousy service. No I’ll be right with you hello nothing. Speak speak!!!!

Walked in to order. Person behind counter acted like she would rather be in a bed of ants than to be there having to serve a customer. No hello. No welcome to subway. Nothing. I ordered the philly steak and can barely find the steak. Asked for lettuce and the amount she put on would fit a teaspoon. Asked for more lettuce and got as much as she could hold between 2 fingers. If I hated to be on a job that bad I would go home and let someone with a decent attitude have the job. Do they not know that if people don’t walk in that door they will not have a job. I even tried to make light conversation about the new menu and the upgrades in the store. Nothing. Just looked at me like I was from another planet. This place needs some serious management changes. No one is trained for customer service. Send their privileged attitudes home. You are losing business.

The owner of this bussiness should go and check what the employees are doing. Today I stop by this subway location there were a few people walking away from it I ask one person if it was closed she told me that they have a hand writing sign saying that online orders only at the door. People just walk away looking for another fastfood restaurant to eat. When I enter there was no one to greed after a while that i called for someone, a young men came from the back saying that only online orders that those were orders that came from their manager and that was nothing he could do about it. I think that that was ridiculous specislly went yhere is no customers I don’t have a time to download the app to make an order and I am pretty much sure that there were a lot of people like me on this date that walk away with their family to look for another convenience. Very inconvenience, I just selected a star because I need it to select if no I would give a Zero.

The young lady that served me was friendly and professional. Driving back to Florida I wanted something fresh for dinner and the sandwich was made well and tasted great. The location and reviews had me concerned but the employee was great and so was the food.

My family and I stopped here on March 26th on ur way to Florida. I was severely displeased by the overall attitude of the employees working!! We walk in an both african american workers are almost purposeful making dirty faces if not to get us to leave to make us uncomfortable. The line started to back up because these two women had no motivation to be at work at all this particular day an seemed to be moving very slow on purpose even though we were not in a rush per say just very hungry from driving. There was a manger behind the counter on her phone not doing anything. She had stepped forward to help with the people on front of us because they were having a gift card issue but then quickly stepped back to her phone an did not proceed to check my family out because we had already finished our subs an the worker was working on the next man’s order. we stood there awkwardly with my three kids taking up the line just waiting to be cashed out. very sad with how that company was run, I have never seen employee’s look so miserable in my life!
