I was shopping in Walmart and stopped in a subway to get a meatball sandwich and first thing there was no one in the front area I had to call for them 2x before anyone come to the front. Then meatballs was so soft and soggy falling apart. I told the manager and the girl with long black hair kinda of thick who was working in there at the time. They looked at me and asked if I wanted to try another sandwich so I said yes I’ll do turkey then they charged me an additional money saying that it’s another meat. This is ridiculous and I suggest that you look for another location that will greet you and serve you with respect!

Normally, I don’t have any problems with this location. However, my daughter and I went there last night right before they closed and bought four footlongs. I purchased a turkey footlong. When I got home and started to eat it, it had a strange smell and the meat tasted funny. So I put the sandwich to the side so that I could return it. Went back this morning (btw, the sandwich had the whole car smelling rancid) and advised that the meat was bad. The lady at the counter said that it smelled that way because I didn’t finish it last night (smh) and proceeded to say that she gets fresh meat every day. I go to this location at least twice a week (for the last two years) and have never complained. I will think twice and hopefully I won’t get sick from eating part of that sandwich. BTW, I never finish a footlong the same day. She did return my money though.

I’ve been a consistent customer here at Subway, yet I’ve never been treated in a more disrespectful way. One of the owners decided to interrupt my meal in order to chastise me on my free refills (I had gotten a small drink, and filled it four times). I allowed my friend to have my cup, and he filled it once and left. I got parented for refilling my drink when apparently I was only allowed to fill it once. Another one of my friends also mentions one of the owners walking up and down the store to look and see if people are using water cups and putting soda in them. As a former employee of Bojangles, I find their lack of customer satisfaction and respect priorities to be distasteful and horrendous. I use my hard-earned money to pay for their food, not for their lectures, and certainly not for their disrespect. Needless to say, I hope Subway does not condone such needless distrust and total lack of customer service education.

We went to eat and no sooner than we got our food and sat down, we saw SEVERAL ROACHES on the wall next to where we were sitting. My husband we to get an employee and his comment was ” we are aware of the issue and have called someone” we ended up putting our food in the trash and we wasn’t even offered our money back or even an apology.
