WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! $25 for two sandwiches! Not the New Ones, old style ones!!! Then the female (Worker) behind the counter was very rude and said she would have to charge extra for my husband to have MY CHEESE!!!! I don’t like cheese on my sandwich, but when I’m buying two sandwiches WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO CHARGE EXTRA WHEN IF I WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON MINE, IT WOULDN’T BE AN UPCHARGE!!! I eat here about once a week. It’s one of my favorite places. It’s always clean, even during a rush. The employees always seem to get you in and out with a smile on their face. One of my favorite employees at this location is Jessica. She’s super friendly and at this point knows my order by heart.

This sandwich maker made me a cold steak and cheese and when I returned the sandwich she threatened to call the police on me. Left the sandwich and she refused to refund my money. If this is the way customer service is displayed this is mortifying. Ask for corporate to submit a complaint and the lady refused. Discrimination is an understatement. Your policy based on the public handbook states you must warm processed meats such as steak and chicken however this lady wanted to give me listeria or whatever bacteria found undercooked process meats.

The sandwich maker made the hot sandwich first and didn’t finish it and continue to make four other sandwiches that were cold sandwiches so by the time she came back to the hot sandwich it was cold, she gave it to my granddaughter and bit into it and her hot chicken sandwich was no longer hot. The place is clean and well stocked. But make sure you finish a hot sandwich and wrap it up and give it to the customer before moving on to other orders.

Place is clean, service was great. But i did not eat fresh. I looked at the veggies and wanted to leave right away. But i felt bad because my sandwich was coming out of the toaster. So i committed to the sandwich and was not able to finish it. Roast beef had an old stale taste.

Best subway I’ve had in awhile!!! I took a trip there and was shocked they actually had everything I like on my subs. The employee was friendly, funny, and right there when I was ready to order!!! A huge change from the subway in my town. Jessica was the ladies name. I need one of her in my town haha
