Do not get me wrong. This is the worst subway in the city of Atlanta. Employee are unprofessional, have attitude like they doing you a favor, and getting a smile out of they is like getting a root canal. The store never clean, sign on awning is ragged, never have bowls for salad, if they got bowls no forks, door don’t close, windows not clean, parking lot got pot holes everywhere. I live in this neighborhood. I love this neighborhood. But everything about this Subway makes me ashamed of my neighborhood. I like to spend my money where I live but thinking that the businesses provides its customer with good service is a must. I just feel sorry for myself and my neighbors who have to spend their hard earned my in place that is not where they live.

I ordered using the app during their BOGO footlong promotion, and when I arrived at the store, not only was there a horrible odor, but they were out of cookies and none of the ingredients needed to complete my order, so I had to substitute everything. Im reading the other reviews and it disgusting that these people they are complaining about is still here. My husband went to this location and the customer service was trash. The worst part is the lady that served him sneezed multiple times and did not cover her mouth, re wash her hands and kept making other sandwiches. Ours was done but i could only imagine. I haven’t had any issues with this Subway ever before and I’ve been patronizing this business since 2017. Before I crossed the threshold to enter into the store, I almost got my head chopped off because I pulled up with my van and trailer. An older lady of color and I use ‘lady’ loosely because only vulgar words come to mind when thinking of this person. No hello, no thing but ‘you can’t order and eat here parked like that’ I told her that I’m placing an order to pick up. She then said ‘ain’t no orders for pick up here’. I said no I want to place an order pick up and leave. The other ‘lady’ again loosely termed chimed something in to the convo but by then I was so offended that I just walked back out. I like to patron my local spots near my business but this was straight out rude and disrespectful. If you read the other reviews if this place you’ll see it’s the same lady. I’m not going back and if you’re that unhappy working there then find something that you’ll be happier at! Oh I forgot maybe that’s the only job that you can get right now. Do something more positive then. When you know better do better!
