Sandwiches were not done right at all when all it is is bread and a little bit of meat and veggies. Also the sandwich maker Jay was very slow we walked in at 8:05 he took my order and didn’t even ask my husband about his it took him 15 mins to make my sub and when I asked for more veggies he didn’t put them on my sub at all then he skipped my husband and went to the next customer in line I had to say something to him for my husband to get his food then the other chick that was there decided to be rude and make faces and roll her eyes when my husband said something about the amount of meat and veggies on the sub. But just a month ago we had a totally different experience the sub maker was excellent she was the only one who was working and she had a line out the door plus all the delivery services coming in at once and she was so good we decided to come back, But after this experience when they only had a person in front of us and when behind us they claimed it was busy but the where moving in very slow motion.

I haven’t been to subway in years. I was really craving a sub and decided to stop by. I want to give this place ZERO stars if I could. I came into today for a Turkey, bacon, and Salami footlong on Italian herb and cheese bread. Nothing fancy. Veggies were lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, onions, and spinach with Mayo and sweet onion sauce…which tasted like teriyaki sauce. About half way through my meal at home I felt really off and sick. I have spent the past three hours in the bathroom throwing up and being ill. Do not come here. The meat & sauces tasted off. Beware!!!

Visited the Towne Lake -Woodstock GA Location 2/16/23- I Placed 2 separate orders online for my office. Orders we placed online for pick up at 1030am. When I got there at 1030am Paulette was the only employee there. She said she was working by herself and the orders were not ready. I asked in the 3 footlong sandwiched could be cut in half and individually wrapped. She said “very rudely” yes she could read the order. I advised that it was not on the order. She said in a rude and short tone I heard you. Just very rude and condescending. There were 2 other customers there as well when I was there and one even commented she needs some Happy in her life. It was like she thought her customers were a bother. Not a great atmosphere for customers at all. They also do not answer the phones as I called the store directly to speak to a manager . Always get a busy signal when trying to call. Please have the owner of this location call me directly.

I only gave this 1 star, as it was required to leave a star in order to post a review. I have not seen such blatant unprofessionalism in a while. Walked in with my son at about 9:25 PM. A Group of what appears to be young adults, or teens possibly, were gathered in the corner of the store yelling “guys there’s a customer here” when I walked in. Next, an employee in the back yells “just as I started washing dishes” as if annoyed. Staff members and/or other customers in the corner of the are snickering and giggling as an employee walks to the front, offering no greeting, no eye contact. Everyone still snickering and giggling. My son and I left. No order was placed, nothing was said. We just made our way to the exit. I’ve never received decent customer service during any of my prior visits to this location. However, my son requested Subway for dinner, and it was nearby. I’ll never visit this location again. Always terrible service, but this visit solidified the reason I should not and will not return in the future. Hope management considers reinforcing a higher level of customer service and professionalism among staff or possibly bringing in more mature staff.

Went today. Girl was in the seat talking to a boy. I walked in and she went behind the counter. Without washing her hands she starts to put gloves on. I asked her to wash her hands. She gets offe es and looms at the boy, in shock. Her hair was a mess and was shedding on her pullover and no hair net. Another customer walks in. The boy with scraggly hair gets up and goes behind the counter to help them. He also had no hair net and his hair was everywhere. The food is open and they ha e to lean over it all. Neither looked clean. If I was not in such a hurry, I would have gone someplace else. The Lord had to take me through this one. Not thinking I will return. Cleanliness is pretty important in the time we are in.

Haven’t been to Subway in awhile and remember why now. Went to get wraps but no wraps available. Asked for black olives on salad but no black olives. Salads were half way filled bowls. The anchor that sinks my experience is the worker sweeping behind the counter while another is preparing my food. My preparer stops creating my salad to move for the sweeper to finish his job. Honestly, where is the customer service trainer/owner to teach these employees.

This subway would be a lot better if they had friendlier employees. The guy who took our order was jamming out to his music and barely paying attention to what my fiancé and I were saying. The place was really dirty. In front of the glass where they display the chips was nasty and there was bread, lettuce, and other pieces of food everywhere. The counter where you order was the same way. Would also be nice if the drink fountain poured the correct drinks and actually corresponded to the drink listed. But if you want an edible sandwich then here’s the place to go

Great subs made to order. Some places have gluten free buns, so the wife can eat something other than a salad, which they also have. Great price and rewards program.

This subway was excellent, I have been before, however the new manager is great and super friendly, the store looks better and better, my food couldn’t have been any better and I was through super fast!! Everyone has such good customer service and I can tell they have been cleaning more and more! Good job! I’ll definitely be back!
