Subway has always been a favorite. This location is clean. They have a high food safe score and the employees are nice. My footlong was a little light on the toppings but still good. I had to ask for my prepaid food from behind the counter. Employee said people steal & dash.

I went to this location on Thursday around 12:00-1:00 for lunch with my wife. I felt very welcomed as soon as I got inside by a Male And Female. The whole process of ordering and receiving my sandwich was fantastic. It looks like they really like what they do, which is rare especially at a subway. I been to a lot of subways and employees usually in a bad mood or they just don’t care about quality. Love this location.

I will be lying if I say I am not disappointed with how they treated my order. Look at the picture you can see. My experience there was horrible!!! This picture was exactly how she wrapped my order, I took the picture thereafter she handed the order to me. I watched her wrapped it with the vegetables on the paper and I could say a word to her because I want to share this review with as many that will read it.

The manager of this Subway restaurant simply needs to wash her hands and clean-up her attitude. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer the last time I visited this establishment. The manager became very irate when I requested that another employee prepare my sandwiches. My daughter and I happen to like the way two of the employees prepare our food due to their cleanliness and friendly demeanor. The manager informed me that she would be the one to prepare my sandwiches at that moment and for any future visits. She also added if I didn’t like it I could call the corporate office. I was shocked at her comment, and I couldn’t believe the nasty tone she used to speak to me. When I took out my phone to take a picture of the phone number on the door she actually threatened to call the police. I told her to go ahead and call because I was doing nothing wrong. My eleven year old daughter was with me and very upset by the woman’s behavior. I waited in front of the store for the police to arrive for approximately 15 minutes. The police never came so I called the non-emergency number myself to see if they were on the way. Apparently the manager never called so I requested they come to the store. My point in doing this was to show my daughter we did nothing wrong. When the officer arrived, the manager refused to give her name, and further insulted me by telling the officer I stated, “I don’t want white people preparing my food.” Of course I said nothing of the sort, and I repeat when the police officer arrived the manager refused to give her name. Before my experience I used to frequent this establishment at least once a week due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the other employees. As I stated before the manager needs to wash her hands and clean-up her attitude. I prefer she not prepare my food due to her low standards of food hygiene.

My sister visited this particular location and it was the worst experience. The manager was very rude. My sister frequents this location often and found an employee who makes her sandwich just the way she likes it, so she always request this particular employee to make her sandwich. On last Wednesday when she made the request the manager became very rude and refused to let the employee make the sandwich. The manager told my sister to call corporate if she did not like it. As my sister began to take a photo of the owners information the manager yelled at her that she had to leave and threatened to call the police My minor niece was present for this and became very upset so my sister went to her car to wait for the police. After waiting and no police came, my sister called the non-emergency to see if they received a call from this location. They had not and dispatched an officer to the location. The officer was very nice and got the story from my sister. He went into the establishment and the manager refused to give her name, etc. to the officer All this because a simple request was made for a particular employee to make a sandwich as the customer likes! Needless to say this location has lost a frequent customer.

Went here today! The place was filthy. Dirty. Horrible. All the bread had mold on it check your food ! The manager even looked at the bread disgusted they sat there and digged through the bread trying to find one without mold , which all of them had mold ! I walked out immediately!! No way! This place needs to be shut down. Will be calling health department tomorrow! Do not eat here do not want anybody getting sick!

I only gave two stars as the young black lady putting our 3 foot long subs together was very COLD and RUDE! I tried talking to her and she would not even look at me. (I don’t think she likes Italians) Not a good way to treat a customer. The manager was awesome and was very professional to us, the employees, not so good! Never to return as I get treated much better at Firehouse Subs!
