This location is consistently understaffed… typically one person running the whole store. Wait times for a sub, on more than one occasion for myself, can approach 45 minutes to an hour.

Same experience as always. Sandwiches not made properly for online orders, staff/management/ownership obviously doesn’t care. This location is less than a mile from me, and I’ll still go to Free Home or Hickory Flat from now on, and I’d recommend anyone else do the same.

Ordered online but I did not receive all of our meal. On top of that one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. We called the store to let them know we didn’t receive our full order and there was a hair in a sandwich. Their response was they would have noticed a hair in the sandwich if one was there and for the rest of the order we could go to the store to pick it up. They couldn’t offer a refund and didn’t offer to make a new sandwich. We ordered online for a reason and can make it to the store. They wanted to blame grubhub but none of the sandwiches had been opened previous to myself opening them. Wish customer service was a little better.

I had the best experience at this subway. I walked into an empty store and this young man had a chess board out. I ordered my sub and asked the very intelligent man if he played. I am a chess enthusiast and was very impressed with his chess skills. If it were not for that I probably would just treat this location like any other but that really impressed me and I am going to make this location my choice when I spend money on lunch. Good job John for a great hire in that young man who gave me the time of day.

I honestly don’t know how this subway stays in business. I keep thinking it will get better and have given them several chances to redeem themselves. Once again a big fail this evening. Did an online order because when you go into the store it takes so long to do an order at the counter even when they are not busy. I was thinking this would give them ample time to get the order ready. Nope…. I arrived and they didn’t have it ready because they didn’t have the bread we requested, all the meat for the BMT or a simple chip selection. I’m not sure who does their inventory and ordering. How do you run out of the one thing you’re selling sandwich meat amongst other items? It’s gotten so bad now I guess we’ll just have to drive to the next closest subway as this subway is terrible. The customer service is right up there with everything else that is terrible. I never do reviews, but this is ridiculous!

Only had one staff member working, which in my opinion is not safe for her. She ran low on condiments. Subway needs to make adjustments for this restuarant. The young lady was very nice. She handled all orders as fast as she could. The line was 4 deep when I arrived and and 5 people walked in after me. This place needs at least 2 staff working at all times

I apologize to Subway (the chain) for this review, because this is one of my favorite places to eat! This particular store, however, was enough of a disappointment for me to get my next sub all the way down at Hickory Flat because the service here was so dismal. The bad attitude was almost palpable just walking in the door. Usually, the staff at Subway is friendly and will greet you with “Hi, welcome to Subway!” Here, I felt like a ghost. There was one customer in the store getting a sandwich made when I came in. I waited quietly for the woman making the bread to acknowledge my presence. When she did, I ordered and she very curtly asked each question about the sandwich. Then, the person behind me was looking over the menu and she snapped “Next Sandwich…HELLO??” I was thankful it wasn’t just me, and that I wasn’t slow in placing my order! Finally, I needed some change for a $20 (the Subway app was already set up to use my card). The lady ringing up the order could not open the register with her code. The rude woman refused (“You can see I’m busy!”). I asked the folks in line if anyone was paying in cash, and one was. I waited beside the pickup area until he paid, and then she snapped “We don’t give change!” Worst. Subway. Experience. EVER!

This is my local Subway. With that said, it is the slowest Subway I visit. Staffing one person on a Saturday is ridiculous. Just left there and had to wait over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. I was the 5th person in line. Saturday is a popular day at this location and I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have a few more people working to service the lunch crowd. This is not a one time experience. This has been my last 3 visits on a Saturday. In the amount of time I waste in line, I could drive to Jimmy John’s and still be home at the same time or even sooner.
