I went there tonight Friday Sept. 1st, to get a quick sub. The tall gentleman that was working told me that they were closed. I looked at my phone to check the time and it said 9:17pm. I told him online it says y’all close at 9:30pm and the door says 10pm. He responds to me, “well I started closing down at 9:15pm tonight sorry.”

Years ago, this location was decent. Now, the employees have gone from decent to just horrible in regards to customer service and not getting a mobile order accurate. They’re just horrible in every manner and it will be a very long time before and if I return.

Haven’t been to the location in awhile because a couple of times I did go by in the last couple of months was not open when it was suppose to be open no signs on why it was closed or anything. I decided to try again because I had to get a few things from Walmart it was around 8:20pm. I ordered from the machine at drive thru placed order at 8:25 waited at window until 8:40 no one never came to window to explain on the long wait. Went inside to find out what was going on and was told to just get in line instead of doing things the way it’s suppose to be done on orders made in order as received. When brought to the attention on lack of communication with customers and that the order should not be pushed back and the people’s order should be made in order the guy had a problem with it. So I left and went to another Subway and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

i ordered 2 vegetarian sandwiches and they fully gave me two meat subs without asking what the name was. we did a mobile order 30 minutes or so before they closed so we thought we were the only order.

Drive through screen was out of order, so I pulled up to the window to order. I was told I had to come inside to order. How is it any different taking my order at the window versus taking it 5 feet away at the counter? I had a baby in the car and it was 40 degrees outside which is why I chose a drive through. Will not be back since they can’t even make the slightest accommodation for their customers when their equipment is broken.

THIS LOCATION IS NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY!!! As someone who has severe, life-threatening food allergies, it is already hard enough to eat out at restaurants. I understand the risks of eating at restaurants; however, there are certain accommodations I ask to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination with one of my many allergens. Changing gloves, using a clean cutting board, and getting a clean knife are some of the accommodations that I ask employees to make to ensure my safety. On Sunday, October 23rd, my sister and I went inside this Subway to get her usual sandwich – a turkey sandwich with just lettuce and pickles. That’s it. No cheese, no condiments, just a simple sandwich. Mind you, no one was behind us when ordering. My sister, who is a child, is still not comfortable speaking up about her allergies so I most of the time do it for her. I tried to speak with the employee about her allergies, to which she seemed to understand, but got frustrated when I asked her to change her gloves again because she swiped cheese off the counter with her hand (my sister is allergic to cheese). Backtrack, might I add that they were making the cheese-bread on the counter which was getting cheese ALL over the meats and other cheeses that were in the food bar, so I was going to ask the employee to grab meats from the back if that was possible. One of the employees, “Jada” or “Jayda” I believe, was extremely rude to my sister and I when I spoke up about the other employee needing to change her gloves. So much so that my sister and I ended up leaving the restaurant completely instead of trying to get her to understand the severity of our allergies because the employee was arguing with us about our allergies and accommodation requests. We have had complications with this location in the past, and we understand the potential risk of cross-contamination; however, if the employees just simply meet our simple accommodations, then we would have left happy customers. But no, instead I was met with this rude employee who felt entitled enough to tell my 13-year-old sister that if she has such bad food allergies, that she should just NOT dine out or go to restaurants. I ended up crying because I was so upset and disrespected by this employee. She has no idea how hard it is for people with food allergies to dine-out, no need to make our lives more difficult by not taking the extra 2-3 minutes to meet our accommodations. We know the risks of potential cross-contamination, just shut up and make the damn food. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location – if I could give this location a 0 star, I would.
