First off let me say thank you to the lady that helped me. She was very good at her job very sweet, very nice very welcoming but my number one complaint is them not excepting coupons. The coupons does not specify rather the subway is private on or corporate owned either way it goes if it’s corporate on that means the coupon should work if it’s private on, I could see them not using them but the fact that any subway is not accepting coupons is ridiculous. This disappoints me for the simple fact everything is already expensive and we just want to eat healthy and we don’t wanna go to Subway in peace $15-$16 for a meal when you can go in the restaurant and sit down and eat but hey, like I say whatever I feel like if they’re not going to use the coupons, they should not send them out regardless to whether the subway is private island or not, I feel like this is the lame excuse That they are giving just to not give the discounted price as stated on the coupons utterly ridiculous and subway should be ashamed of themselves .

My experience was kinda weird. I was ordering my wrap kindly asked the young lady that was making it can I have mayonnaise on my wrap she said ok then I asked can she put it on before the cheese. The young lady that was fixing my wrap stopped making my sandwich left off the line saying I was being disrespectful I’m still confused how I was being disrespectful..

We had received Subway coupons in the mail as everyone here in Mauldin did. We walked in coupon in hand and upon speaking we were cut off and told “we don’t accept coupons.” Based off other reviews, pulling up to who would’ve fixed our food puffing on a cigarette and on the phone “I have to go I have customers” at the front door, I even held for her. We haven’t found this location worth full price in years and only went for the coupon. Business is business no matter how big or small. I’m sure you will be the next on that end to bid farewell as the signs are pretty evident.

Crew attitude was unpleasant. This is the second Subway I’ve been too around my work place for lunch. Both are just terrible customer service. Look I have to work too, but if you literally hate your job that much, like to the point a good paying customer can sense that, quit I mean for real quit!! Subway management NEEDS to do better. Needless to say I will not be returning to ANY SUBWAY moving forward, you’ve lost my business.

Continuously have horrible experiences with customer service and order accuracy at this location, even after ownership/management change. Today we ordered a signature steak and cheese wrap, only to be given the southwest chipotle wrap. After returning to the drive through to ask for the correct food, we were lectured by the employee that next time we need to order it correctly, because the only steak wrap they have is the southwest. When we informed said employee that there is signature steak wrap on the website, he insisted that was the same thing as the chipotle steak wrap.

The worst Subway I’ve been to. Ordered Cold Cut combo and meatball subs from this Subway a few months back, and the meat in the cold cut combo was a very odd color. We called up to get a refund, but the server said they couldn’t do a refund because there wasn’t a manager in. The server seemed to be the only person working that day. Server also wasn’t very clear or polite on drive through speaker. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Paid $10 for this sloppy, watery mess (supposedly a chopped salad w/ tuna). No salad dressing because “they were out.” Could only choke down a few bites. Hope I don’t get salmonella. I also got a diet coke, but there was no ice (???). Worst lunch ever.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but some places I have to DO. If I can give this subway a negative rating i will do. I eat Subway most of time but this location the worst food.I had been here today at 4 pm the food was something not good or expire or they I add something else,I try to call you to shere what’s taste look like no answering and mail box full they add vinegar in drink and food with out asking to change the taste in it and the lemoyad taste as powder make me headaches!!!!!?
