If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. We walked in and there was no one behind the counter. About 10 minutes later all of the workers walk inside laughing and giggling. I never got their names but there was only one girl doing all the work with people in line behind us, she called out for help a couple of times and all you could hear were them laughing in the back acting like they didn’t care. They a little girl with bangs and reddish hair and a girl with blonde hair came to finally help her they girl with blonde hair had the absolute worst attitude. We come here all the time and there’s normally a kind man working but we will not be coming back with this kind of service. Definitely disappointed!

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Please higher new employees!! I asked for a foot long and the man cut the bread and made two 6 inches instead. I told him that was fine I would take it that way but it was going to be the same sandwich. When he goes to the veggies I have to tell him over and over what goes on that 6 inch goes on the other remember it was suppose to be a foot long but you cut it. He was grabbing HAND FULLS of veggies and throwing it on each 6 inch it was WAY to much. Again while making my sandwich and throwing veggies he has paused multiple times to talk and gossip about what’s going on outside. The police was there. Apparently someone tried to fight an employee there I could see why.. I wanted to over my sandwich too anyways I finally asked another employee to please make my food bc he had stopped making it and was conversating. Not worried about me at ALL. Beepers were going off like crazy. The lady had to ask him to please get the bread bc he was so into gossiping. This lady also was grabbing hand FULLS of veggies and throwing them on the sandwich. Even the other footling I got she covered it in veggies and sauce. Not only was the customer service bad but the way they made the sandwich is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If my husband wasn’t in the car hungry after a LONG drive I would not have bought this food!!! I pass by this place daily and I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! CLEAN UP THIS PLACE AND GET NEW FRIENDLY ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED EMPLOYEES!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband made a on line order at 7:11. Specified pick up by 815. We get to Hot spot/subway about 8:24. As I’m walking through the door I hear a bunch of people talking, laughing, and playing over at Subway. I shop at Hot spot for a few minutes. Then stand in line to pay for a couple minutes. Finishing up at Hot Spot walk over to Subway. There’s one customer in line and two young boys standing behind the counter. One of them is fixing a sub. I tell them I had an online order. One of the boys speak up and say it just come up. We haven’t had a chance to make it. Now mind you this is about 8:34. I turn walk outside to my husband who was pumping gas and tell him that they haven’t made the order and ask him again what time it was made. We both walked back into the store. Christopher Holmes automatically starts with a smart mouth, an attitude and extremely disrespectful. My husband told him that he made the online order at 7:11 he stood and argued about it. We showed him the online order and then he still continues wanting to argue and run his smart mouth. This young man has a very smart mouth, very poor work ethic and no respect for anyone. He has no business working with the public. If he talks to customers like he did I’m sure he talks to everyone the same way. That is sad!!! Management need to handle this situation and handle him before he gets anymore out of hand. I called his manager (Hope) and while on the phone with her, she tells me that we’re not the only one that has complained about him. (He obviously does this often.) She ensures me that she’s going to handle it. (We shall see.) She also tells me to come back to the store tomorrow and she will prepare the subs we ordered and pay for them herself. (Yes!!! After all of his arguing and disrespect. We still didn’t get our subs.)

The store it amazing! Amazing workers and everything if you’re hungry however I suggest getting a snack at the store part and not going to the subway. 9/10 that I’ve been there they’ve messed our orders up. Then today we went to get subs and they were out of bread someone please tell me HOW you are a sandwich place with NO BREAD! Ridiculous the young kid in there had no idea what he was talking about he couldn’t even tell my fiancé the correct price. No idea what his name is but he had red hair if that helps anyone.

Well, here we go again. I ordered a steak protein bowl and receive a half a bowl. This has happened to me before at Ingles in Seneca, SC. When I said to the attendant the protein bowl is the same as a foot long sub. She said no, she’s only allowed to give a 6” quantity meat and veg in the bowl. I told her to read the “Cook Book” and she would know. But of course, she said she knew how to prepare a protein bowl. So, she charged me $9.47 for a protein bowl with a cup (disposal) of water. I have a fix for this the next time it happens. I will order a foot long sub on bread next time, eat the meat and veggies and leave the bread on the table. Then I will smile as I walk out leaving the bread on the table. You can tell your employees at Subway if someone leaves a mess (bread) it will be because of the attendant’s knowledge and behavior.
