Horrible experience. There were 2 people working and I was the only one standing in line, waiting for the rest of my family to join me (in the restroom). No other customers were in the restaurant. The first female staff asked if I wanted to order and I said I was waiting on my family and was still deciding. After the rest of my family joined me, I told staff that we were ready. The second female staff stared at us and did not respond. The first female staff cleaned off the counter. We waited patiently and more customers lined up behind us. Neither responded. After waiting longer, I said once more that we were ready to order. Both staff ignored us and didn’t respond. I stared at my husband in disbelief. If I could do less 1 star, then I would. This is THE 2nd TIME I’ve been to this restaurant & there’s no customer service worth cussing for!!! The gentleman had to “find knives”….. IT WAS 542PM!!!! People started lining up & he never greeted them!!! Food was not prepped on line & the atmosphere was less than sub par. I definitelyam placing video of experience on my vlog!!!!

Your store is located in a truck stop it’s the only place to eat off this exit off the interstate and your sign says open till 11 and everything was out and looked like you were open at 8:30pm and your employee was very rude telling me you’re closed. Your house are posted and your lights are on and your sign says open so… you should be open the hours you say you’re gonna be open!!!!

They say they won’t melt or toast the cheese on the meat with the bread and add the veggies after. What! They have to add the veggies and then toast it or they won’t add the veggies? How backwards. All the other Subways in America do it normally. It’s in their app that way even. This location needs more training for sure.

The guy working tonight may/23/2021 refuse to make our sandwich he said that he was alone and we have to wait 15 minute because he was going to fill up and clean first. We said ok we wait cause we coming from Florida and we hungry and it was already late nothing else was probably open. We was cleaning and fill it up dressing taking he sweet time. My husband was getting angry so I told he relax he probably tired. Then we saw he coming from the back grabbing a paper towel and clean a dressing that was on the table. While we where there for more than 20 minute waiting someone came and told he to make our food and he just continue fill up without caring… don’t come to this place

I just ordered food from a manager that was rude as you can get! She had a young girl apparently in training that didn’t know how to do anything yet so the young girl gets help, being the manager. Whole the order is being taken she’s trying to train, not the issue. The issue was she got my first two subs together went straight to asking what I wanted ok them, when I proceed to inform her I needed more she started “oh my God! Oh my God!” Well your should’ve told me all your wanted! I proceed to tell her she was assisting the trainee and never asked what else I wanted so how was I to know. I wanted a wrap, she proceeded to say I had to wait 2 minutes they were just taken out, she says it’s that fine?! I said well whatever I wouldn’t want to inconvenience you! I mean just down tight rude!!! When I said I wanted light mayo and mustard she loaded the hell out of it!!! All off my$31 purchase is sabotaged and left wanting to slap the rude taste out her mouth! Just rude!

Stopped here on Sunday 07/26 around 4 pm. This place is disgusting. All of the people who work there just yell at each other instead of trying to talk. We only stopped here because I needed to change clothes. The bathrooms smell terrible and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We decided eating at the subway would be a safe option. My husband tried ordering 3 different sandwiches and every time the response got was “we out of that”. I asked why, since I wasn’t offered any explanation and he just said “we’ve been busy”. Never realized a gas station subway in the middle of no where could get that busy. No apology, nothing. My husband ended up opting out of food, since he wasn’t going to try and order something a 4th time. The whole place just made me cringe. Gross.

The buffet restaurant just next to the Subway is the bomb! Ham, fried chicken, ribs, beans and rice, mac and cheese, greens, mashed potatoes and gravy. All homemade by a group of fine southern women, who just want you to be well fed and happy! At the end of the meal, there are six yummy homemade cakes to choose from for dessert. Don’t miss this stop on 95 South! The price is right, too!

First of all the customer service is not exemplary. There was no smile no hi how are you. When she was making my sandwich there was no organization to it. And at the end she argued with me about the amount of vegetables supposed to be on a sandwich. As someone who knows a former manager of subway and knows how every sandwich should be made I don’t think that’s smart. Also why would you be rude to a customer who is just being nice to you and asking a question. Anyways don’t go here if you want a good sandwich.
