Extremely rude employees. The food was awful. I’ve been here twice for online orders, showed up 30 mins after ordering and the order still wasn’t ready. Today, the lady working at 12:15PM got upset with the amount of people in line and basically told everyone waiting to kick rocks MULTIPLE TIMES. She kept using her cellphone with her gloves on, slammed the work station several times in frustration, said all the food is old so if we want it stay in line if we don’t then leave. Bread and meat were from yesterday and nearly out. Nothing was restocked (chips, cookies, straws, lids). I took one bite and the food was worse than her attitude. I immediately threw it away. Waste of $15 and will never come back. I ended up going a different Subway after eating that garbage.

Arrived at designated time for curbside order per pickup instructions. After waiting for several minutes for curbside pickup, I sent my son in with the confirmation number to just bring the order out himself. He was rudely informed by the employee inside that she was the only one working, and had 7 orders ahead of us before she could even start working the order, it would be at least 20 mins more, and we would “get it when we get it”…. I understood that she was alone and overwhelmed, so I went back in to ask that the order be canceled as we had an appointment and could not wait. She refused, stating she had no ability to cancel or issue refunds as she wasn’t the manager. I asked how to contact the manager, as well as the store number, and was told to look it up myself. I asked her name, and was refused an answer. The sandwiches were never made, I received nothing, and I left. I later attempted to call the store, and got no answer, and I have been charged for an order that was never started or delivered. While I felt the employee was rude, to be honest she really SHOULDN’T have to be working alone, so on that point I sympathize. But I would consider investigating a store that does not have a manager or employees with authority onsite or accessible to refund orders that are not and will not be made.

I hate to do it but I ordered curbside pickup waited in my car for 20 minutes just to go in and the worker said he was the only one in store, the other guy took a long break. He was thinking of closing the store cause lack of help!! I felt sorry for him, the owner better do something quick, I won’t be back. I’ll stick to the ones on the military base, this is the 2nd location off base where service was bad, the other location was by Publix on Dorchester road.

As Subways go, this one is less than average. The 2 ladies were clearly struggling with burnout. Low morale makes the place feel like a morgue. There was no lettuce for salad so no supper for me. They were also out of turkey. I fed the rest of the group with the options left. The place was acceptably clean, so at least there was that in the positive column. Until mgmt addresses morale and supplies, I’d recommend another location.

I want to let everyone know , this location is change a alot , I was scared at first to come here again as my last time was trouble of waiting for almost 45 minutes and they were out of a lot of things , but now it’s super clean , now everything is available plus great customer service by Dvayghm , he change my whole experience , so happy the location by my house and work is now at this place, please keep it like that .

How does Subway get away with sending out coupons,then not accept them at ANY of there locations? Me and my wife have been to atleast 5 different locations between Main Rd in Summerville and this location. No one accepts the coupons, how is this legal?

Should have read the reviews. Went in on a Saturday around 12:30pm. Four people ahead of me, so I’m thinking cool this will be quick. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Two employees behind the counter, both slow as molasses. The one putting on the meat and cheese kept bickering at the one putting on the veggies and sauce about how slow she was, when honestly they both needed to hurry up. One of the two ladies mentioned how she was on the verge of tears. Not sure why, all of the customers were actually being patient and polite. Apart from the comments my husband and I made to each other, I didn’t hear anyone complaining. At least one of the ladies apologized for the slow service, I’ll give her that. On top of the service being incredibly slow, the veggies looked not so fresh. They had no lettuce, and the spinach was wilted and slimy. The tomatoes had some unidentified brown stuff. I’ve never been to this location and I surely won’t be back. The employees need better training, at the very least.

This is the first time that I have been to the subway at this location. I chose it because it was participating in the two foot-long subs for $12.99. however the subs that I received were substandard. They barely had any meat in them at all. In fact I ate my sub before my husband did and I did say anything to him and he opened up his sandwich and there was like one piece of turkey on it. Also we had asked for extra mustard on his sandwich It was barely any mustard at all on it. And what makes it even sadder is that I tipped in the app ahead of time so I paid even more for the footlong subs and they were definitely not worth it. The only thing that was nice about the experience was the employee who brought the sandwiches to my car. She was very sweet and I did like the curbside delivery as my usual subway does not offer that.

I ordered and paid online an hour before getting it. I walked in and they had no bread. Ok. Should of called but ok. They said 20 min. I left and cam back. They then said they didn’t have the sweet onion chicken. Ok. Steak is fine. Again. Should of called. Get the subs, I was polite and joking with them. I get home. My one ham and cheese with bacon , lettuce and mayo had all that on only half. The other half was just a few pieces of ham. That’s what really made me mad. It really makes me laugh about everything that went wrong. Pretty sad. As I was the only one in there the first time and the second had a couple in front of me. Just crazy
