This is what this store is doing, store number #16398 has refused to take any online orders so they can deny customers from purchasing Subway’s specials such as buy one get one free or buy one get one half off, this store uses Subway name to lower customers inside, but will not honor any subway specials online or in the store. When you go into the store and you try to use the buy one get one free or buy one get one half off, they would tell you it’s only online but they have removed themselves from online ordering to avoid any Subway special offers. That is really sad and cheap of them to do what they’re doing, shame on that store, shame on the manager who have decided to pull this stunt.

I enjoy getting my subs from here. I always order online and make sure to tip when they have done a good job. However, my love for this establishment, that I have frequented for 15+ years, has diminished in just one day. I did online order as usual but my order was messed up. A sub was made twice and one was left out. Upon calling I spoke with an asst manager, I believe her name is REBECCA. Feel free to give her a visit. After informing her of discrepancy, she began asking a barrage of questions concerning the sub and tried to correct me when I answered. I felt she thought I didnt even order and asked why was she asking all these questions and getting an attitude when I’m the one with messed up order. She proceeded to LAUGH and put me on speakerphone. I couldn’t get anywhere with this lady so I went back there with the SUB AND MY RECEIPT. Once there she decided to mock me at first, then ignore as if I wasn’t there. She wouldn’t even let the subway employee speak to me when I asked him if he could remake or give refund. So while I’m trying to talk to the young man and figure out what this lady problem is, she calls the police on me. The police officer gets there, sweet lady, and I’m having to relay my questions thru her bc this ASST MANAGER is still ignoring me (so childish) the officer asks can the employee just fix the sub or give me my refund. And this sorry excuse for a human tells the officer they can’t bc of policy. I know this as fact to be untrue. I ask the officer to please ask what is this policy for returning a wrong order. She kept saying, “no disrespect officer, but I’ve said all imma say” This lady lied on my wife and said she threatened her, though the officer didn’t believe her. I wanna thank the officer bc in this time and age, being a poc and having the cops called on u can be disastrous. I would think this asst manager, that is also a poc would of taken this into consideration. I was never a threat, and was never asked to leave. I have no idea what her intentions were, but if anyone is interested I believe her name is REBECCA. Wears a wrap around her head. I have sent a message to corporate but haven’t heard anything yet. Anyone else have bad experience with this “lady”?

I’ve been visiting this location almost everyday for the last 9 months because my job is conveniently located close by. The normal girl who usually worked mornings up until recently was great!! The new older women is just terrible. My sandwich’s are definitely not the same and she’s always mumbling under her breath about how something not ready. I’ve came in the same time everyday for 9 month and this morning the lady told me that I should really start coming in later! I politely informed her that if I came any later I’d be late to work. Even if I could come in later she prepares so slowly that I’d definitely be late. Guess I’ll be taking my money elsewhere until they get better employees. I also want to add that I am not the only regular that comes in at that time and I’m curious to know how many other people she has tried to run off because she can’t get her work done on time.

Service was great at this location. But, like any other subway I dont think there is enough meat on the sub. So, it taste more like a lettuce and dressing sub. They can learn from Firehouse Sub. If subway was located near any other sub shop I wouldn’t have been at subway. But that’s just my opinion!

I ordered a 6 inch Turkey sub. I was given 4 slices of paper thin Turkey on my sub. After the fixings was added I could not see nor taste the Turkey. I will not go ever again. You are cheating your customers. Not worth my money or time.

Service was horrible!!!! The woman was washing dishes and it almost seemed as if I was bothering her. No greeting and she threw the utensils around like she seemed irritated. Truthfully I don’t gripe about service because we’re human and people need a break but her attitude alone speaks volumes needless to say I won’t come back here.
