I went to the this subway at 9:46am. There was a middle aged indian lady working. The first thing I noticed was how old the veggies looked. The cucumbers were way over ripe. I understand it’s early, so I asked her if she needed to the replace the older veggies (clearly from the night before) she said no I’ll just grab them from the back as you ask for them on your sandwich. So I proceed to order. When I got the the tomatoes, I asked her for fresh tomatoes, she decided to give me the tomatoes from last night. Who wants to eat veggies that have be left in a non air sealed container over night. She had an attitude but who cares about that. People want to eat fresh veggies.

The older lady, maybe the owner, always has a bad attitude and doesn’t want to make my sandwich the way I want it. It makes me feel very uncomfortable when she’s there to make my sandwiches. Im paying for a sandwich that she makes me feel uncomfortable to ask to make it like I like it. All of the other staff make my sandwich with no problem. I hate going there when I know she will make my sandwich. I think I will start going to a different restaurant or make my own sandwich at home.

Believe the reviews! Older lady is very rude! No fresh veggies out…and when asked for extra items she had an attitude!…if I’m a paying customer, why are you upset? Just add my items…also they don’t like to give receipts! You literally have to ask for it….yeah I’ll go to the subway on EASTWAY before I come back here !

They are always very helpful and fast at getting my order done through mobile order or in store. They also aren’t rude like other subways when it comes to something being out of stock and mobile order still charging you. They literally just replaced guac for more cheese or things such as that. Given I only come later on in the day but I usually have a really good experience.

Ordered a sandwich platter for the crew at 8:15am and needed it ready by 10am. Ms Patel texted me when it was ready at 9:35 and I had it picked up by 9:55. Great looking sandwiches, everything fresh, ontime and wonderful service. Thanks for you efforts. My crew loved it!!

The owners of this store are not participating in any coupons, but you have to walk all the way into the store and up to the order window before you are notified of this on a 5inch by 5inch piece of handwritten not taped to the glass partition, so I turned around and left. If they are brave enough to put up a “Sign” put it on the door so customers do not have to waste time coming in.

Went into the store at 9:30pm, the female employee had the biggest attitude and worst customer service. She Did not say hello to me she just Mumbled under her breath because I inconvenienced her by making her have to make me a sub. She didn’t know what a BLT was and turned around and said” He wants a BLT and I don’t know what that is” I tried to tell her that it was a bacon lettuce and tomato sub and she completely ignored me. She wouldn’t refill the toppings that had run out instead she told me that they were “just out”.. she had to worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone to eat there!
