The sweetest working at Subway Mimi or mini ( so sorry if I’m spelling the name wrong). But she is amazing! I had a catering order for my apartment complex down the street and she just went above and beyond. Not only helping me with placing the order but also with my own personal meals and the day of had everything perfect and ready to go for me! I have always loved this Subway but this is the best and she is my favorite!

Ordered from this location through postmates. Took 1.5 hours to receive my order ,even though I’m 5 minutes from this location. My meatball sub was a disaster , no sauce basically no cheese and the meat was basically white and tasted uncooked. Other sub were ok… poor taste and poor quality

I took my grandson to Subway yesterday for dinner. The young lady that started making his sandwich must have been new. You could barely hear her, especially with having to wear a mask. Then another lady took over and she wore no mask at all. They just acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. It was kind of a weird and creepy experience. They should be wearing their masks at all times. Especially on the front serve line. They were missing quite a few items from the vegetable section. Which really bummed me out, because they were my favorite thing. Anyway, I think I’ll just choose a different location from now on.

Went into the store at 6:45pm on Tuesday 9/4/2018. There were 2 younger ladies working. Neither one greeted me. I stood and watched while one with long hair replenished food, while still no acknowledgement that a customer has entered the establishment. I left after I was blatantly ignored. Called back to the store and no one answered. Please train your staff to greet customers. A simple “hello, I’ll be with you in a moment” would’ve sufficed. I’m sure I’ll try it again, just to see if any improvement has been made. From the looks of your views, your customers are not pleased.

Had to run to this subway on a break at an event so I didn’t have much time, turns out their computers were down which I have to understand but the two employees couldn’t tell me this until I got to the end of the line and all the way up to the counter. No change, and no cards. Even though they were receiving exact change from other people so they definitely had loose coins and bills to make change…anyway I scrounge up $8 dollars from my car knowing that they charged the girl before me $7 for her combo. I then get to the counter and because I got a veggie pattie, the girl didn’t have the calculated price for that on her handwritten pricing sheet. I told her that it was the same price as the Tuna sandwich and a lot of the other ones, $4.29. She could see it right there on the board. She replied that she needed to check with her store owner because didn’t know the price including tax. Not sure if it’s just because this girl is young or just really can’t handle working at subway but this is just ridiculous. She calls her owner and the owner tells her to charge me $1 extra. For what?! Not sure, I ask and the girl says “the owner told me to.” So now I’m paying 8.50$ For a 4.29$ sandwich. $4 for chips and a drink?! I’m in such a rush that I don’t argue with her anymore, but this subway is stealing from people!!

I have worked in the past at subway for over 3 years. I have recently started back eating subway (working there made me hate the food) and I have noticed in MULTIPLE subways that the workers all do the same thing. I know a lot has changed since I stopped working for subway, but I know the meat ratios have not changed much if any at all. I went in to this location today, was not greeted, nor told anything after my transaction, no smile, no hello, no NOTHING. Anyway, I was going to get two 6 inches of the same thing (had a coupon for 2 6in meals), but I figured I would make things easier for them and just order the footlong. I knew my chances for getting cheated on meat were higher cause you can spread the meat farther and make it look like more. Well, that’s exactly what they did. A footlong turkey gets 8 pieces of turkey, NOT 6, and 4 pieces of cheese (if getting sliced cheese) NOT 2 or 3. I did not want to complain to them because they already looked a little on the edge, so I left it alone. Yes, I realize it’s my job to say something, but I did not want to cause a fuss over 2 pieces of turkey and cheese. I swear I am beyond tired of being charged for things I’m not getting. Idk where the training in these stores are going wrong but someone needs to teach them the right way to do things.

I had a 6in carved turkey breast with lettuce tomato, onion, bell peppers and other goodies and it was delicious time back I couldn’t have said that I feel the pandemic they they want to please the customers and I see nothing wrong with that thank you, Subway.

The worst customer service ever. On 2-5-18 at 8:15 pm. I went into this store and was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff. There was one person in line and a group of stupid ass kids sitting in there with no food. Goofing off at the teenage staff. When I walked in the fat Chinese boy jumped in front of me a pretended to order he had no money and was conversaiting abt ingredients.they were abvious classmates. His other friends were shinning Lazer lights on the customers. The female employee was readjusting her ponytail over the food and continued to fix a sandwich. At that point I walked out. This shift was extremely unprofessional. Shouldn’t leave kids in charge.

I always have a difficult time at this Subway. Also they discriminate against various people coming into the store. Skimpy portions of meat compared to other Subways I have gone to and skimpy portions of veggies on the sandwich except for cucumber. They will not add more to the sandwich for an upcharge. 0 stars is more appropriate than 1 star.
