I had excellent customer service at this subway. The 2 young ladies that were working the night I came in were very friendly, they greeted me when I walked in the door and they made sure my sandwich was made just right and then thanked me and told me to have a great night when I left. Its hard to get that friendly service anymore. I was impressed how friendly and professional they were.

On 4/20 at 11:50 AM my coworker and I walked in to order 4 sandwishes, the 2 employees had the worse customer service!! It took us 20 minutes for us to even get to the cash register!! We were the only customers in there and I see why we were now. They had no Siracha sauce and no garlic butter which is what we were ordering. While we were waiting the lady working at the time said they were throwing away 7 lbs of bread because they didn’t cook it right, makes you wonder what else they got wrong that day! When we finally get to the register the lady finally proceeds to tell us their card machine isn’t working and that we had to manually type in our card numbers, expiration dates and CCV security numbers! We had 4 different cards cause we were ordering for 4 different people. The lady working on 4/20 around lunchtime was completely rude! She kept interrupting us while we were ordering so her and the other employee could keep talking about gossip of other employees in the store!!

I have been a customer for years and for a while know, like a year I have had to come in around 7/8 pm and there is never any cookies…I mean NEVER any chocolate chips seems like at this time…I went in Subway tonight I was told they were out of a lot of food and of course what I wanted..I asked what’s going on and i was told that they had it all it just needs to be prepped and would take a lil while…I’m lost with that response because I thought you should always have food prepared for the customers if u have it…Seems like something is definitely wrong here…I think its the young kids working that just don’t care or just haven’t been trained properly…I’m a frustrated customer at this point…

The worst subway I ever been to the made my sub wrong then when I called I was given attitude from Lori, I was told I would receive a refund for my order and still haven’t received it and that was 3 weeks ago.
