It took me a while to complete this review as I was waiting for a response from the manger of this franchise.

Friendly and inviting store. Both staff members on duty were helpful and efficient. The supervisor Emil was working with his trainee accepted my Subways coupon here readily as compared to the Bradlick SC store on Braddock Road Annandale which refused it saying they were no longer participating in accepting discounts coupons issued by Subway Corporate for their nationwide Subway stores. They had a hand written notice on their counter displaying their decision to not accept discounts coupons. I am boycotting the Braddock Road Bradlick SC store in the future. Please join me until they reverse this policy of refusing coupons.

Friendly, efficient and polite staff. Emil CSR was great. Answered my questions and made me my great turkey sub. Best of all this store didn’t refuse my coupon from Subway like the Annandale Bradlick SC store.

On July 10, I ordered 6 orders about 12 subs,the order was at the subway app, it said it will be done in 30 minutes, I got to the store at 8:15 pm and the order wasn’t ready, the employee told me, your order will be ready in an hour, he said I am the only one working, the owner won’t hire another employee to save money, then he said I am tired I will cancel your orders, that’s really mess up my plan and my family, I don’t want to rate the store with one star, but I really appreciate it if you can do something about it

Food is ok. It’s usually deserted. Not much traffic to this place. Unlimited refills on your soda. Cookies were really good. Our server was a bit of a bad experience hence deducted one star. It’s right next to pizza hut! There is small seating available inside the store as well! Enjoy!

Generally a consistent experience but this evening, the food was terrible. I spent over $40 on sandwiches and they were just awful. The veggie patties were still frozen and the spinach was bad. Furthermore, it is hard to have someone asking you to pay while you are trying to tell the other person what you want on the sandwich. Then, I had to pay separately for chips and sodas because they did not count it towards a “meal deal.” I should have just left when I saw the veggies were not looking fresh. I will not go back here again.

Would give 0 stars, menu prices are always wrong and the last 3 times I’ve gone in I’ve walked out without food due to either prices not being right or Silvia the manager being rude and disrespectful. This is the third time and the last; this subway is a joke. I’m literally here now and asked to speak to the manager to get the owners information and I’m currently stand here writing this review……all while being ignored by 3 employees who I’ve asked multiple times now .

Came to order a sub they close at 10 pm and only had chicken breast refused to give chicken teriyaki they still had 30 minutes before closing will never be coming here again terrible place

After I gave back my sandwich because the egg was super cold, the girl working here wasn’t even sympathetic or apologetic not even 1%. She gave me a rude look and asked me if I want her to reheat it. I calmly said no, because then the whole sandwich will get soggy. I asked her to make me another one and she was more rude about the situation. She even asked if I could pay again!
