The staff in Subway tonight were just awesome. The young man was training and a bit slow, but was so nice. The lady working with him was so patient and her exchange with our five year old was great as well. She called our boy her favorite customer, which just made his night.

Picked up an online order for a ham and cheese with no ham or cheese on it. Called the store and they bickered about whose fault it was so long, I had enough time to drive there and listen to them bicker in person. I approached the counter and told him it was me and he said they were still trying to locate the person at fault. Um, idc who’s fault it was it is now 2PM and I ordered this at 12:30 PM and would like to eat it before dinner. I had to ask more than once to have my sub remade. Isn’t that a given? I didn’t mess up, you did. Accidents happen but do not expect me to wait around until you figure out who made the mistake. Best part, the messed up sub they gave me was a ft long, I ordered a 6 in. The replacement? a 6 in! Seriously, you had me truck out here twice and didn’t think it would be customer friendly to offer me the ft long?!? I cant even eat a whole ft long but it truly is the principle at this time. I hate coming there during the work week, they need to train their employees on proper customer service.

I haven’t been in the store in a couple of years but I stopped by and my fiancee got a sub one evening, sometimes she picks up subs for lunch. A foot long is filling and tastes good to me. I like their cookies but who doesn’t like cookies.

This review is way overdue.. but a story that must be shared… The date was October 13th – it was a Saturday and the time was about 11:00 am. I walked into the Subway.. maned with only one guy.. and I gave him my order. I need 30 subs. He looked at me like I was a little crazy. Bottom line.. he got the job done. It took about about 40 minutes… and I am pretty sure he wasn’t happy with me… but he did it – and everyone at the wedding party was very, very happy. I can’t recall his name – but I am sure he is the only guy with red hair working there. He deserves a raise!!!!

And all they wanted were two sandwiches….. I feel the need to tell people of the experience my poor elderly parents had at this Chestertown Subway. My parents wanted to use a coupon which they were told they had to make their purchase online to get it. So, They went online and tried to purchase their order (which took them 20 mins to do so, since they are older and not avid tech users) and it would not take their credit card. They called up the shop and they said that’s okay, just come in and we’ll take care of it. When my father went to pick it up they said they could not give him the coupon deal because he did not make the purchase online… which you were all explained why. He explained to them once again that it was not taking his credit card online and therefore he couldn’t pay online and that he did call and he was told they could take care of it in the shop. Now, seriously people , does not anyone have a heart to help a struggling elderly person get a break and help them to get a couple of sandwiches!! Some day you will all get old and need a little help and I hope you remember the attitude you gave my parents and the lack of heart you had! I’m disappointed Subway hires people like yourselves!

This place is a horrible establishment. The manager Amy is a crazy mess. She’s cried and wailed in front of customers, she’s taken her personal business publicly yelling in front of customers. Her employees never ever wash their hands before putting on gloves. My order is slowly made & sloppy. I’ve even been given burnt bread from one boy leaving my sub in the toaster.

The woman making our sandwiches did not appear to know how to make a sandwich, barely put any meat on and then put a staggering amount of crushed peppers on. Disgusting amount of onions on another with the addition of a wirey old hair.Will not be returning unless I’m trying to get a sick day off work.
