Heads up! What I noticed about this Subway is that they are really cutting corners, to the detriment of the customer. I ordered a Tuna Sub, and asked why there was only 2 scoops of Tuna added and “spread out” across the bread. I was told by the worker, that “the manager said that I have to do it like this”. Another time I went there, and ordered a Turkey Sub, and noticed while the worker is putting the Turkey on the Sub, that the Turkey is cut up into really small pieces, not as you would normally see it being put on the sandwich, like if you cut it up, it can last longer! They need to realize that I’m not that hungry to patronize their store ANYMORE!

I noticed hair was on my food and when I went in to notify them the guy who made my sandwich was really rude. I didn’t want another sandwich because I was disgusted so I asked him to process a refund. I asked for my receipt to make sure that I actually received the refund and he let me know I couldn’t have one and had an attitude with me. I asked him if he was irritated with me and he said yes. Don’t come here if you want hair in your food and rude customer service agents. Never again!

This store should be shut down, It’s very unsanitary. I did an online order months ago and the bread was old. The second time I went inside to order and food was all across the counter and floor, food items were cross contaminated and the employee acted like she could care less. I left and informed the manager and he said she was there alone so didn’t have time to properly clean although the store was empty. Today, two months later I go inside first thing this morning and the food meat looks old, the lettuce are brown and it’s already food on the floor. I will not waste my time with this location again.

I love ordered boxed lunches for a Saturday family event. Jennie, the manager, kept in touch with me with menu changes, etc. When I arrived to pick up the lunches, the server told me the cookies were fresh baked as he put them in each box. The boxes had each individual’s name on it and I truly appreciated that! After our event, I was told it was a novel idea to get boxes lunches. Saved time and money from looking for a place to eat and parking. BTW, we enjoyed our lunch in a park like area. Will definitely order from the Subway in The Osbourne Shopping Center in Upper Marlboro, Md again!

Terrible experience. Went in to have two simple Subs made. And staff had no concept of food handling. They picked up raw food with their hands instead of using utensils. They did wear gloves when doing it however they also were doing everything else with the gloves on. Such as reaching down to clean the floor or better yet- the one that was making my sandwich had just finished sweeping all while wearing the same gloves! The gloves looked dirty. When I said something the staff just looked at me annoyed as though I was wrong.

Do not go to this subway. Customer service is terrible. They were more interested in socializing with their friends than fixing my sandwiches that I ordered ahead of time. They were late in getting my order and they had the nerve to sit there and argue over who was right in fixing the online order first or the orders right there in front of them. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of bad customer service. No more money from me at this location again.

Basic Subway, located in a shopping center. Its clean. The staff are mostly professional, but cold. The food is good. Usually, I’m served almost immediately. However, I’ve have seen the lunch/dinner rush. It’s not the worst, but if you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.

I had a long day and on my way home from a sporting event last night my sister and I stopped here because we were starving. Two young men working, one cleaning and one behind the counter. The young man preparing food was taking forever to make my sisters sandwich and had to asked her to repeat herself several times AND THEN dropped it on the floor and had to remake it. I literally asked him to get it together and please hurry because of how tired we were. The other young man then came to help and they mixed up our sandwiches which we did not know until we were 10 minutes down the road in different directions we had to turn around to meet to exchange our food. What if it wasn’t my sister???? I would have gotten home and still been starving. Very bad experience!!!! Will never stop here again and I frequent this shopping center….very disappointed!
