My service was great. The only thing was they were very busy and didn’t have much help. Seems like new generation of upcoming adults are left alone to figure everything out on their own. Great job for taking care of the amount of people that evening with great customer service!

Last time said we needed a physical coupon, this time had one and they even say they have a sign to tell them you have a coupon and they said those don’t work here and that was all…that was after the two kids talked after they went back to talking. They did t even say what kind works

I come here relatively often because it’s one of the healthier food options in the immediate area and I work very close by. There’s an individual that’s working just about every single time I visit, darker skin, short black hair, beard. He’s usually very short with me and mumbles when he speaks and often carries a bit of an attitude which, whatever. I can handle that for myself. He always seems tired, and it’s okay to be tired. He always seems overworked, and if that’s the case subway needs to do something about that. I know I have my bad days too, but never in the history of working have I ever huffed, sighed, and rolled my eyes at a customer for ordering food, the way he did to the woman in front of me today. She was there with, what I assume was, her handicap son, and elderly mom and dad, just trying to get something to eat. She had ordered two subs for two of them, and when the sandwich artist was done he screamed their total over the counter to them while she was not even at the resister. When she said she needed two more sandwiches, he cursed under his breath and rolled his eyes and was extremely poor in his choice of attitude. He had never asked her how many subs she was getting in total and the lady even asked politely. The young lady who took my order was very kind and my sandwich tasted fine; however, the way that employee interacted with that women ruined my experience in that store and I’m opting to not return here. I can’t support a business that allows it’s employees to treat others in the way this man is constantly treating customers.

The woman who assisted me never spoke; thankfully I knew what to expect as she went down the line. She didn’t know the difference between cucumbers and sweet peppers and looked shocked when I told her I did not want cucumbers. She never smiled (let alone made eye contact), never told me my total but instead waited for me to insert my credit card to pay and never even said thank you. When I said “thank you” her response was to simply grunt. To top it off, she sneezed without covering her mouth. The customer service here sucks. P.S. it is not painful to smile!

Absolutely horrendous customer service this morning (I think she said her name was either Vira and Viru). I’ve never seen anything like it. No greeting, just stared at me when it was my turn, had an attitude the entire time, made the sandwich sloppy. It was so bad that I said something to her and asked for her name to complain. I never do that, but what the heck. So bad. Man oh man, you should not be in customer facing role if you hate people.

Sitting in this Subway rn. The staff did not greet me when I came in or walked up. That’s ok I don’t mind people not being overly familiar. 2 sandwich artists and 1 cashier. They were working on a 2 sub online order. The man doing the toppings was very slow and did not know what the toppings were. It took several minutes to get to me. When I asked him for basil pesto he gave me pepper. I like pepper so no big deal. The woman had to keep showing him what was what. Maybe he is new. The lady behind me, although not very nice, order kept getting messed up. A large line accumulated behind me. Everyone behind the counter did not seemed phased by this. Either cool under pressure or they just did not care. Every table in here is dirty. Other than that a typical Subway.

The owners here are extremely weird/rude they sit and stare at you while ur ordering/ waiting for ur food. Was gunna sit inside & eat but changed my mind because I was being stared at and than the man who owns it sat down wit his wife and put his bare feet up on the table. Extremely Disgusting… made me not want to eat my food period

Slowest service ever. It sounded like they were having a party in the back while one person made one sub at a time. I love subway but not this one. They should definitely be worried about their customers first. Clearly they would rather hang out in the kitchen and talk.
