I’ve never had a problem with the service or the subs from this location, but this time when I went the lady working the counter had no hair net or hat on. I didn’t say anything but maybe should have. As someone who has worked in the food industry, that’s something that really stands out to me. To her credit, she was wearing gloves and washed her hands after cashing out the person in front of me. She was also friendly enough. Please keep in mind food safety. It’s really important to a lot of people.

Stop putting so much responsibility on that old man, he’s a senior citizen and he deserves not only respect, but he deserves assistance. I’ve never seen a company make so much money and depend on a senior citizen to do all of the work. Shame on you!!

The man working today around 4:45ish was amazing. I didn’t catch his name though. Very friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we wanted on our subs! The manager was great, too! Thank you both for the amazing experience!

I will not give this place another penny of my hard working money. Stopped with my Mom today 5/7/18 @ 3:17pm. Ordered 2 subs and 2 drinks – we only drink diet coke… 1. – because we like the taste 2. – my Mom is a diabetic and this is their only non-sugar drink besides water. I went to pour our drinks and an employee had switched drink lines accidentally. There was coke running from the diet coke line. I politely asked the manager on duty if they could check their lines because coke was coming out of the diet coke line. She checked it and never came back to let us know it was fixed nor did she flush the line of coke. I waited and she still did not come out to flush the line…so I started to do it(I have worked with fountain pop and in customer service for over 25 years) and as I was flushing it, she came out to get herself a drink and I let her know the line needs flushed and that was what I was doing. She said “ok” and walked away. After several minutes and wasted pop…I could not flush the line of coke, it tasted awful. I went to the counter to ask for a refund since we did not drink anything but a couple gulps of water to wash down our subs. I was told “no” because I wasted their pop. I proceeded to tell the “manager on duty” that I did not waste it, that it had to be run through. She still told me “no”. I asked them to run the line through so that we could have our drinks. They both went to the back and did not come out to run the line through or provide proper customer service. After sitting in the lobby calling corporate and other stores to track down the owner… the other “manager on duty” came out and refunded my money… but was sure to tell me that “the district manager doesn’t feel you should get a refund either because you did get a drink” … water , we had a couple gulps of water because of a mistake made by your employees that could have put my Mother into diabetic shock. In 25 years, I have never been treated so poorly by an employee of a business. I have always treated the people that I work with and my customers like gold. These rude “girls” should not even be employable. I would not hire them because of how rude and disrespectful they were over 3.80 plus tax. As a business owner… you need to be careful with who you hire, you must hire someone who has a passion for putting your customers first, not last.

I really hate being “that person” that complains about a restaurant but this place is ridiculous! EVERY time I go in there they always make my sandwich a sloppy mess, and burn my bread a little when I get it toasted, the tuna is dry. Today I asked for provolone cheese and she was picking provolone cheese out of the pepper jack cheese container, my husband ordered the new steak clubhouse and she made his sandwich WRONG, she missed a few ingredients and when I tried to show her what was supposed to be on it (directly from the subway website) nothing was done and she just continued on…. I unfortunately had to pay for it we were in a hurry and were hungry and just went with it but this location really sucks! I really need to stop eating here but unfortunately the location is convenient! Customer service and sandwich making is really bad

Whatever you do DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My friend and I ate a few times and were fine. But then today… oh man, if you have weak stomachs stop reading now. Now I’ve had the flu before and I’ve puked before. But this. Oh my. This was the most retched hated experience of my life. Two hours after eating my spicy Italian I felt like my bowels were going to explode. I tried to get it out to no prevail. No sir, not that time! Then an hour later the real firework show happened!

One of the workers never washes her hands after cashing someone out its very gross… The manager is very rude gave me attatude after i asked her where the other worker was their was 3 people in line and two cashing out she told me she can handle all those customers im sorry i worked at subway for 5 years i know the rules get the customers first before working in the back and always wash your hands i will never go back to that subway ever again…
