Don’t go on Sunday. They have kids running the place. Very careless and messy with making the sandwiches. Smashed the sandwiches. Didn’t care about the meatballs falling out of the sandwich. Either high or super clueless. Do not go to this subway!!

Girl with brown hair did very good. Toasted my footlong to perfection. Other female with blonde hair sat there asking if we were done ordering about 6 times instead of making subs.

Needed to grab a quick dinner but had the dogs in the car with me. Really didn’t want the usual fast food so I pulled into Subway. I checked to see if they had curbside service, sure enough they did. Online ordering was pretty easy, you picked your meal like you were standing in the store. Order was supposed to be ready in 15 min and you were not allowed to check in before 10 min prior. My only real nitpicky thing to say. As soon as I could, I let them know I was outside. Within a couple minutes an employee comes out with my food. Professional and friendly. Order was nicely packaged not shoved in a bag and the order was correct down to the extra mayo (no judgement, lol). Overall a positive experience and I got to stay with the dogs. Win-win.

Never have I ever had such great and fast service at subway on lunch until today. Best customer service experience at a restaurant that I’ve had in a long time. Those ladies were zooming for the lunch rush with a smile on their faces. Great job girls!!

Honestly, this subway is my favorite in Erie county, PA. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff is always very friendly when I’ve been there, take out orders are always correct, and the place is clean. However, I’m writing this review in particular because on 4/9/22 on my to go order for 5:45p I wrote “Extra ranch on both please and thank you greatly 🙂 ” not only did I get extra ranch on the subs, but they even put some in a little side container for me which was such a welcomed surprise to find. It’s the small details from workers who care about their jobs that make all the difference. I work multiple jobs in customer service and know how busy it is. The fact that they took the extra minute to think to put some in a tiny container may seem like no big deal, but it meant a lot to me. These folks who are working hard to go the extra distance, are what keep these companies in motion. I hope they feel as appreciated by the higher ups as much as someone like me appreciates their extra effort on my orders. Thank you 🙂

New trainee had very messy station and I thi k his gloves contaminated the food because he was touching surfaces then touching the subs. Vegetables were cut horribly, and the olives tasted really off. My son and I got sick. Typically I love this location, but all 3 workers were new and young and allowed the trainee to work in a messy environment and didn’t give him feedback in real time to change his work practices. I will not be going back to this location. I will be contacting management. I hope no one else gets sick!

We eat here a few times a month this is the first time the toppings were correct in a while to bad the buns were so toasted that more of the bread fell everywhere that I actually ate. We also ordered it not toasted.

The subway on West 26th street is the best one. They know how to make a sub.
