This subway has a very rude employee who lacks customer service skills, is hostile, impatient and downright unfit to work with the public. This location would do itself a great service if they terminated this employee. If the owner finds this acceptable then by all means what you tolerate will be your downfall. Loss of business equals loss of money. This subway need a corporate review!

As closing time is mentioned at 9:30. I travelled 4 miles and reached at 9:15. Even though it was showing as open, lady employee inside had locked the door. On knocking the door she waved her hand as no. I would request management to update the closing time or to make sure serving the customers till the closing time.

Always has a less-than-pleasant smell when you walk in; locations are rarely cleaned well; you are immediately uncomfortable touching anything. Order ~extremely~ carefully and your meal will be edible and pleasant. If taking to go, eating sooner is preferred to later.

The gentleman that took my order was rude. He harshly gave orders to his coworker. He was just all around unpleasant. I said thanks have a good day and he didn’t even acknowledge me. When getting the cheese on my sandwich he had trouble separating the cheese because it kept falling apart in small pieces and just didn’t even try to get a different stack of cheese to try and see if it would work better. It just took too long. The food was good. The other coworker seemed really nice but she was in the back working so I couldn’t really tell.

John, the owner was rude and belligerent when my pickup order was incorrect, both in the portions of veggies and lacking cheese on the sub. He argued with me showing me a receipt, and told me to take it up with corporate until I showed him he was wrong. I asked simply for cheese, he threw out the pickup order and made another one demanding me to sit down or leave. Zero customer service etiquette. I wasn’t the one who messed up, trained employees wrong, or was rude. You told me to contact corporate, don’t worry, I did. Avoid this location, there’s another one within a mile.

The worst possible subway I’ve been to. If you use coupons, there is a Bangladeshi lady who looks at you as if you’re taking her property away from her. And the rude tone she spoke in, when we asked her to pack a sub as two 6inches. Don’t go to this subway if want to have a good meal. Every other subway here in buffalo is way better with respect to customer service. I wish I can give 0 stars.

Went to this subway for the first time, two ladies here who both don’t speak English. One acted like it was a hassle to do her job. She rolled her eyes as soon as we started ordering. Didn’t listen to the words we were saying even though we repeated ourselves multiple times. We asked for a turkey kids meal, both my husband and I said it, and she tried to give us a whole sub, then when we said it’s a kids meal again she cut it into a 6 inch and rolled her eyes. When we cashed out, they tried to charge us for a 6inch sub and when I corrected them, they said we never said it was supposed to be a kids meal. They said something to each other in another language then rung it up as a kids meal, and then charged us extra for the the juice that’s supposed to come with the meal. And then never got the apple sauce that comes with it. So we got charged for a meal and didn’t receive the drink for the meal itself or side, and then got charged for a second drink. When we brought it up after looking at the receipt, the lady told me to shut up. They eventually gave us the apple sauce we were missing but didn’t give us the second drink she charged us for. My husband asked for corporates number, and she claimed they didn’t have corporate. Apparently this is the only subway in the world without a corporate or owner. Then told my husband he had to go online to get it that she wasn’t going to give it to him. They refused to give us their names as well. Stay far away from this place.

Horrible experience. So incredibly rude and unprofessional I was literally stunned, I wanted a deluxe meat ball bomber but wasn’t sure I had enough with the other sub I was getting and so I just got regular subs until I got to the register and saw I had enough for extra meatballs and then I asked if I could get some extra meatballs on the side and they literally started yelling at me that if I wanted extra I had to order it while the sub was being made, it was so embarrassing that they would act that way in their own store in-front of people no less! I went on to say that next time I will just go to Wendy’s and they sassily replied that I can go wherever I like. The workers were all shooting nastily looks as well towards the end and one of them muttered something at me that sounded like “next time I’m gonna…” and the rest I didn’t catch but literally when I say I felt unsafe in this subway I’m not even joking. Like please stay away from this place it is NOT worth it! If I could give this place zero stars I would!
