I love a good Subway sub or salad every now and then, but they have cut back on their ingredients they use to their subs, & salads. tuna, meats, lettuce, cucumbers, etc. just to name a few. Since when do you make salads, but you no longer offer dressing. The prices clearly outweigh the quantity.

What I’m just not understanding is how their hours say they close at 9pm and I walk to the door at 7:18 the door is locked and the lady behind the door shakes her head and says they are closed ? I get that closing shift needs to do what they have to do to close but why advertise 9pm. Maybe change your closing time to 7pm. False advertising to the fullest ! So disappointed

As you can see the vegetables weren’t fresh, the tomatoes and cucumbers soggy. They put two huge stickers over the food so you couldn’t see them.

The lettuce was brown and slimy. The tomatoes and green peppers were the same. I think someone can get sick from food that is not fresh. The sandwich girl said her manager told her to use it. I couldn’t even order a salad because the veggies were gross. Totally unacceptable !!

This restaurant is more often a miss with their sandwiches. I’ve gotten bread that’s beyond stale a number of times, I’ve seen flies running amok, and I’ve gotten veggies/sauce with a weird taste that makes the whole sub inedible. When I returned the sub, in my most recent disappointment, I was told there is no refund. That’s okay though because I’m going to contact the bank and have it reversed anyway because it sounds like theft to take money and provide food that can’t be eaten.
