Bathrooms are fully functioning but they lie and say the bathrooms are out of order! Postal workers have designated stops where we need to use the bathroom. Food was overpriced and disgusting

I went in there today to place a big order for my friend and I birthday party this weekend and both bathrooms were out of order and I know it is a lie. I have disability amd medicine makes me go to the bathroom alot. They lost me as a customer and many of my friends. Is a close bathroom really worth losing money, great way to treat the disables , don’t waste your money here

This Subway was not the best location, but it wasn’t the worst either. This location is clean and quiet. Something I wouldn’t expect given it’s overall location. The issue with this location is the customer service. If there are 2 or 3 people on the line then the wait goes up exponentially. The attendant is not very quick, and I believe that is by design. The attendant was also rude when asked questions about items which made me want to rethink my choice. However, once I received the food it was made well and tasty. If you don’t mind a rude attendant then you will be satisfied with the sandwich.

Horrible customer experience ,I asked for light chipotle sauce on my turkey sandwich the lady went heavy on it and when I complained about it she meanly said oh we are busy and if you don’t like it don’t buy it ,she is very rude .

This subway in New Britain on e main st is awful. The lady manager was rude. I asked 4 one extra piece of ham she said that willb one dollar. I said never mind. She said I’m here to make money. They had no small cups. I had to buy a medium. They had to pour the soda cause the machine in the dining area wasn’t working.

I visited this establishment on March 19th, 2022. I was assisted by what seemed to be a new employee in training, which I have no issue with because he made my sandwiches perfectly fine. However, when it came to paying things got a little confusing. Initially the gentlemen assisting me was ringing me up my total was $21.21 for two footlongs, fine I go ahead and insert my credit card when I look at the machine it stated “Approved”. However, another employee (female) comes to the register and tells me my card did not go through, and although it was a bit strange I said okay and instead paid with my debit card which was also “Approved” according to the machine. As I go to leave I receive a notification from my credit card company saying your transaction with Subway for $21.21 has been approved so I go back to the cashier and tell the lady “hey it looks like you charged me twice” she rudely told me “No no I only charged you once” and handed me a receipt as she basically dismissed me and walked away. I allowed a few days to see if the charge would be dismissed by my credit card as it was in a pending status. As I checked today I was charged on both cards, as I went to dispute it with my credit card and was advised to contact the merchant which I did. I called corporate to try to get this rectified, and was told that I would need to handle this with the actual Subway I was charged at. Fine, I called this Subway and asked if I could speak with the owner or at least request a callback from them, the employee stated that the owner does not do callbacks and I would need to speak with him about my issue. I am writing this to see if the owner could please contact me to try to get this issue rectified as I basically paid $42.42 for two footlongs. I can provide the proof of both of my cards being charged.
