They change your menu around so they don’t have all the things they used to I used to like getting the chicken salad but I’ll try to take a couple different types of their subs now they’re pretty good places always clean the people are always friendly

I got the Mexicali flatbread. Very disappointed way too much guac on it and baja sauce. It was so mushy I had 1 bite and threw it away.. so gross and falling apart.

I wish i could give negative stars honestly… it deserves a negative 1000 . I went into this subway location for the first time yesterday on my way to work… i order the same thing every subway i go to and i never have an issue. I wish it was the same at this location but it was not! The server Matt was unpleasant from when i walked in… im not sure if he was having a bad day or if he was just annoyed but he made my order completely wrong… When i tried to communicate with him to please make it for me again he basically refused and said i’m making him waste food. So instead of arguing with him i just stepped aside to wait for the next available server… Matt then proceeds to tell me i need to leave the store im not going to get served… im like excuse me im not leaving… he said if i dont leave they’ll be calling the police on me . I told him to go ahead and call the police because im not going anywhere… it’s ridiculous that ur calling the police over the fact that i just want my sandwich made right… as the conversation and the police threats continue i ask to speak to a manager and he refuses he says there isnt one there nor available… i said i just saw him can u go grab him and he says no he left… luckily i hear ruffling in the back so i say i can hear him go get him. So he does and ironically its the store owner. I’m thinking it’d be great cause now i can finally get help… but no, it was just as unpleasant. The only thing is that he made my sandwich but it was only to get me out of the store… i expressed to him my concerns and etc and he just did not seem to care at all. Even when i asked him at the very beginning for their names he said “im not giving you our names so you can go tarnish my employees in a review to effect their wages and my store” and he basically told me not to come back there by giving me the address for the subway up the street “for next time” … i was absolutely disgusted by the way the whole thing was handled. I honestly couldnt believe it… the only reason why i even figured out what Matts name is is because he accidentally said it but they refused to tell me… finally i realize Matt has a name tag on his hat so i was able to be sure but this was ridiculous. I’ve never been so embarrassed in an establishment before by being threatened to have the police called on me simply because my order was wrong and i wanted it fixed. I wouldnt recommend this subway to my worst enemy and as for the staff and store owner i hope you do better because this was completely uncalled for.

I and my daughter went out for subway this afternoon and the guy who worked there messed up her order. She wanted a grilled chicken, bacon, spinach, and American cheese toasted. She got a turkey and bacon sandwich that wasn’t even toasted, no spinach, no American cheese, he didn’t even get the chicken right. There wasn’t any other customers in the shop while we were there.

Went to pick up subs with my husband on a Sat.night. The 2 girls that were working were very friendly. I got the $6 meal that was a 6 inch sub, a bag of chips, a soda and a cookie. It was well worth the price. The subs were very good. I would recommend them. I also love their flat bread when you don’t want a lot of bread.

The woman who works here is AWESOME. She’s the nicest and best Subway worker I’ve ever come across. Juggles multiple customers simultaneously while working all by herself. The food has always been on par with other Subway sandwich level food, but I try to go to this location because of the great job she does. Give this person a raise!

Each time I visit this location my experience worsens. My wife and I really enjoy Subway’s meatball subs , but will no longer visit this location. The employee was moody because my wife asked if she could replace the wet nasty spinach with some fresh spinach. Although she honored my wife’s request, she did it with a poor attitude by throwing the rest of the ingredients on the sub like it was beneath her and not like it was part of the job she’s getting paid to do.

Very poor customer service! Woman had a bad attitude with me after I drove back there from Brockton to make an exchange on a messed up order on behalf of my elderly father! Refused to give me anything extra despite me having to drive all the way back there!! Also, my father had to wait an hour for the order and the lady gave him a nasty attitude because he wasn’t familiar with the app! I will not tolerate anyone talking to my father like that, he is a senior citizen and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect! This is the worst experience I ve ever had with Subway! Don’t go to this location!!
