My girlfriend went here to get two subs turkey when were gonna eat them later that night there was one slice of turkey on each half of the grinder hardly any lettuce it was basically a cheese and mayonnaise sub we didn’t eat them because of this we wanted to bring them back the the next day the manager was rude to her didn’t want to see the subs and told my girl that she goes there a lot for refunds this was the second time in two years that she even went there for a refund the first time was because of hair was in the sub,my girl has learning disabilities and is on ssi for this the manager told her to leave and as she was walking out the manager told her to go to a different subway for now on I want the boss of this subway to make this right because no manager she act like this making a Disabled person to feel this way we are gonna look into Legal help

The store manager was very efficient, and very busy baking bread, waiting on customers, and answering phone. The grinders were perfect!!

I went in, ordered a 6” BLT nothing special, i got TWO pieces of bacon and she didn’t pat the grease off of it either, i was charged $8.55 for it. No chips or drink or anything and i’m confused why it was almost $9. never going back.

I asked about the mozzarella cheese. Only then to realize it was moldy while at the same time he was telling me there was an up charge for the “fresh” mozzarella. Last time I checked fresh cheese should not be moldy if it’s not blue cheese. This place is ridiculous. Abomination. Unsanitary. Unprofessional. Could make people sick. I highly do not recommend.

This Subway location is much better (in my opinion) then the West Brookfield one. It’s clean, spacious & comfortable. Employees are very friendly and are sure to get your order right. My only issue with Subway in general is I do feel that there prices are a bit high. I’ve always been satisfied with my grinders from this Subway. Would certainly recommend for a great lunch or dinner! This location also has a cozy fireplace. **Update** Stopped into this Subway recently & was very disappointed with the overall bad attitude of the sales associate/sandwich maker. It was definitely unexpected, as we’ve usually had positive experiences here in the past. We stopped in around lunchtime for a footlong that my fiance & I were planning to share. The young man who was behind the counter was very arrogant & rude towards us from the moment he spoke. Very unwelcoming demeanor. We had a question about some coupons & clearly, he was in no mood to explain how they worked. I simply wanted to know whether it made more sense to use one coupon than another, because one had footlong grinders BOGO free, the other was for any footlong for $5.99 & he haughtily replied “Well, I don’t know which coupons you’re using, or what they’re for, prices are all different depending on what you order” & had a very snotty tone. I had just described the coupons to him thoroughly, so yes, he was aware of what I was asking & what exactly the coupons involved. Instead of offering to see them, he just carried on being especially impatient, despite no other customers in the shop. We then asked about a particular grinder that was not listed on the menu, when he chose to argue that it was in fact supposedly on their menu. We asked for a Subway Melt, which he then pointed to the Subway Club. If they are the same thing, he did not specify this, which obviously would’ve been helpful. Then he said he had to go get meat in the back & it would be a few minutes, because apparently they just had a delivery, so we decided to go to Dollar General next door, seeing as he said it would be a few minutes, again there was not a single soul in Subway except for us & that one employee, so why he hadn’t stocked up prior to customers waiting to be serviced is beyond me. The store was dead when we arrived, so it most likely wasn’t a very busy day or time. We actually decided to have lunch elsewhere because we really were not impressed with this young man’s rude behavior to us. So it may have only been a grinder or two, but they still lost customers/business because of this! I strongly suggest that he be reminded or even retrained on how to communicate more effectively & politely to customers, or if he doesn’t like working with the public, maybe try another position elsewhere, where he doesn’t have to handle customers. He was just very cocky, very smug & had no interest in helping us with our coupons or order. He also informed us that customers cannot use more than 1 coupon per order, but didn’t bother to suggest we simply pay separately, since there was two of us, in order to use more than one coupon for our purchase. Though upon asking, he nastily replied that was possible. I’m very disgusted, as I know everyone has bad days, but his attitude was just really uncalled for. I’m sorry if he was having a lousy day, but that’s no excuse to treat people disrespectfully. Not sure if we’ll return anytime soon. Whether you interact with someone for an hour or a minute, you should be able to have a pleasant conversation to your customers without using a sarcastic & cold tone. Not appreciated!

Visit on 11/29/19. Subway in Ware, MA is a nice looking, clean place. Plenty of seating. Order prep is pretty quick. Rolls are always fresh as with the toppings. I believe Subway is a good alternative for a quick meal, but compared to a grinder / pizza shop, I feel you do not get a lot of meat at Subway for the price you pay. I have had tried to have a different sandwich there, and the flavors are always there. It is worth stopping for a bite to eat.

Although when I asked for a turkey bacon guacamole wrap they were out of turkey so they did substitute steak for me which I was very pleased with that and they did run out of guacamole but they had enough for my wrap. I figure that they probably did not do a good job of ordering from their supplier but I’m sure they’re going to correct that .so the young lady who was working there really tried to apologize and didn’t charge me extra for switching or adding the steak and cheese making it a steak and cheese but it still was delicious and they were very fast, very helpful, really tried to go out of their way to please me even though I couldn’t get the actual wrap that I wanted .but still what is nice is these wraps are refrigerator friendly they taste just as good the next day and not soggy .I always save half because it’s such a large amount of food . two thumbs up

If you’re going to close at 9:00 put your store hours tonight and tell your employees to lock the front door. Absolutely ridiculous drove over 20 minutes because it said you were open.
