The establishment is clean & up-to-date.The employees are friendly & knowledgeable. If you are used to an older Sub station II, heads up this particular establishment is a bit different. The salads are not pre-made & there are no scrap salads. Please ensure to ask for shredded lettuce, if that’s what you’re used to on your salad. I’ll be back to patronize this establishment!

So excited to have this so close to my house!!! The closest one for many years was the one on Parklane (which I don’t like going to because of the parking) after the one on Two Notch closed 20 years ago.

More bread than meat and vegetables. They weight the meat but it seems very stingy when you order a 12 inch and they have to spread it out just to fill the sandwhich. JERSEY Mike’s is definitely better for the money. I won’t go back!

My boyfriend and I came in today. We both ordered the #19 salads. He is allergic to eggs, and not only did Nic acknowledge this, he offered to change gloves to protect against cross contamination. The staff was knowledgeable, and friendly.

The establishment is clean. Upon entry, we were greeted and helped. The younger gentleman started making my order, here’s where it went down hill. The older gentleman (I didn’t get his name) attempted to help the younger guys on the line. The younger guy asked what I wanted on my sandwich- I told him. As my two orders got packed up I realized one of the orders were incorrect. Instead of fixing the order- the older guy became combative and takes the sandwich and yet again, did not listen! He didn’t fix the order! He asked more than once what I wanted and he began to tell me what I wanted instead of listening. I get home and my order still isn’t correct. I doubt I’ll be back.

I have been going to Substation II for years, but recently found out about this location in Sandhills. The food met my expectations, but the parking was interesting. I had to walk a little bit but there were no spaces available close by… however it was a Saturday

On April 21 my daughter and I went to get salads and they were horrible. Lettuce, meat and cheese. We asked fir egg, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, Original salt pepper. But call the Store and call to the manager and he said we can bring them back. But it was 5 o’clock and I was not going through the traffic on Clemson road again. He didn’t seem very concerned that they were messed up even saying maybe next time it will be better. I’m just very disappointed
