First time visiting this location. The establishment is old and a little worn down, but not the least bit dirty. There were only 2 people working, so it was expected that the service would be a little slow since they have a window area as well. The food was good, though, and fresh. All of the meat and cheeses sliced right in front of you. Other than the service being a little slow and the building needing updating, this establishment was a good lunch spot.

Soon as the black lady who worked there opened her mouth I knew this visit wasn’t going to be sweet… She was nothing but rude! She’s loud & rude! She’s easily aggravated when you ask a simple question. My sub was okay though but I won’t return. If you don’t like your job, Find Another one. Easy.

I Love this place. I go here just about every day and order the #19 special, #19 salad, and their mild wings, which are excellent. Thanks, St. Matthews, SC Substation 2 team. See you all soon.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot pull up to the drive-thru window to order your sub they will turn you around and make you call it in. The menu is posted beside the drive-thru window! I have been eating here all my life so I know what to order my significant other on the other hand has never been there. We pull up to the window so that he can see the menu trying to decide what he should order and we are shood away from the window. I love the food here I love the people here! You should be able to pull up to the window, order, pay, and then pull around front for them to bring out your food when it is ready. It should not be a necessity to call in and order first. Or for Christ sakes just open the dining area!

I always get the meat lover sub on that wheat sweet bread. Meat is always tasteful. Only bad thing is you have to call your order in and pickup at the window. They also have online but I never used. Customer service is very good

The food would be excellent if they gave more meat, it’s pricey for the little amount of meat they give you & it’s a older lady that works in there that’s everything but nice, I believe her name is Linda, very unpleasant, but the rest of the staff is usually pleasant. Watch them fix your food carefully because they will put oil and vinegar on your bread giving you a very soggy sandwich. Once my bread was purple from all the vinegar.

Never had a problem before but when I called the order in I forgot to order drinks I was asked why I didn’t order them when I called and she had a line and this was going to back her up. There were 3 cars behind me. I apologized about not thinking about ordering them and said if it would be a problem dont worry about it. She asked me what I wanted and I told her 1 lg reg tea and 1 LG 1/2 and 1/2 tea she handed me a lg and a med and acted as if was my fault about the sizes. Once again I told her it was ok then she snapped and said I got te right here. And I needed to hurry up.

Ordered 24 wings & crispy potato thins. The wings were tiny and had broken bones; the chips were cold, not crispy and greasy. Got a very small amount of chips; a hand full. Was charged $30 for this, way too expensive and was not happy with the quality of my food.
