They cut the meat for your sandwich as you watch, as well as slicing the cheese fresh. I had the BBQ pork special and could not think of what to have on it. The guy behind the counter said, “we have cole slaw if you’d like”–great suggestion. Soup, sandwiches, including a veggie one, were all great. Love that this is not a national chain, and that the meats are fresh cut. And everyone behind the counter was super friendly, and seemed to take an ownership in the place.

Tried to call in order at 10am for 7 subs. Was told he could not process order as he said it was too large. Told him I could pick them up in an hour and he refused. Said max order was 5, so changed my order to 5 and was hung up on. Called Sub City West and they were more than happy to take my order. Been going to this Sub City for years. Sad to say last week will be the last time I order from here.
