My husband loves their food. I think it’s okay, the sub in a tub is what I order. Staff are friendly. The restaurant could use an update, it’s kinda dingy looking.

Never again. Should have just not went. Only reason I did is because the one on 4th was closed. What a waste to my visit home. If it clearly shows “served hot” wouldn’t the cheese be melted or asked if I want melted? #32 and had the nerve to ask if I wanted it warmed up after all the veggies added…umm no. They put it in a container and my whole sandwich is so soggy it fell apart. When I come back in town I’ll just pass on my Sub if the one on 4th isn’t open. Such a shame. I get one every time I come home. And no that’s not bread in the pic, it’s soggy bread. Like it’s the same texture as dough.

We came in for lunch yesterday and it was an all around bad experience. First I want to say how rude all 3 of the women that were working were. No customer service skills period, all them could care less if you were in there spending money or not. The slicer looked like it hadn’t been wiped off all morning, looked like bacteria central. The salami and capicolla were warm when I bit into it. None of the ladies had hair nets or hats on when preparing the sandwiches. My wife and I have had upset stomach’s from food since yesterday afternoon, was only thing we ate yesterday so I know it wasn’t from anything else. Will never spend money in this establishment again.

Sub City is me and my husband’s favorite place to get subs! Its always made correctly, plenty of meat, cheese and veggies. Definitely worth the money. And very delicious. Its been one one my pregnancy cravings through 2 pregnancies and my current one. And that chicken tortilla soup!

A old pillar of the community a great place to get lunch or supper. The ladies are super nice and you’ll be full off of sub better than any big Chain sub restaurant promise.

Very friendly staff, and the subs are delicious! You get a lot for the money and they are not that expensive! We love to eat here and highly recommend it!

Best subs in town, and I forgot my billfold and one of these employees paid for my sandwich and said don’t worry about it. Needless to say an hour later after I had retrieved my billfold she was paid back with a generous tip.

This place has ruined any other sub for me! They are the best! I love coming to this location because the staff is so friendly! The two ladies and the young man who were working thus evening ( 8/12) were exceptional! Sub City on Kimbal gets a 10/10 highly recommend from me!

The food is really fresh and really fast! Staff is extremely friendly. Gluten free? Get your sub in a tub – which is sub toppings on a salad.

Be aware all orders are by the number beside description of subs. They were steadily busy while I was there getting a sub. I didn’t see anything mentioned if they offer to toast/heat your sub prior to adding vegetables. That would have made my sub fantastic. All in all, the sub was good, but messy. I will make sure I wrap a napkin around it prior to eating it in the future. Staff was nice.
