Awesome service. Very courteous and friendly staff. The food was awesome. We had wings and fried green tomatoes. 10/10. Best wings in the area without question. This will be a new staple for us in Florence. Florence needed a place like this.

Im not one to leave negative reviews, hopefully this will be taken to make improvements in the future. The only positive thing I have to say is our waitress was great. She was helpful and repetitively apologized. I don’t feel like any of our problems were her fault. I feel like the restaurant was nowhere near ready to open today. The menu was extremely limited and they were out of multiple things. What we is get was extremely bad. And multiple things were forgotten. What I assume were the managers weren’t being helpful at all. They were just “hanging out” they never came to check on us or see how the food was. They could’ve at least offered some explanation to what was going on. There’s no way they were oblivious to the people getting up and walking out and getting frustrated.

What we experienced tonight was an absolute travesty. We waited over an hour for our food to be cooked. Management spent their time behind the bar joking and laughing, and did not seem to care about the people leaving and obviously frustrated. As a large group, we were hoping for a fun night listening to music, and experiencing a new and exciting local environment. Halfway through our time there, we noticed that our waitress was visibly upset. Management had fired her halfway through serving our table. I completely understand if there was a valid reason, but it is extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude to fire someone and expect them to continue serving their table. She broke down and said that they had fired her “due to rumors that had heard about her as a person”. Huge props to this waitress! She helped us throughout our time there, she really was a fantastic waitress and made our experience bearable. I believe that the professionalism of this management team will be the downfall of what could be a fantastic, cozy new addition to downtown Florence. Shame on management for not handling a situation like that appropriately.

Nobody come to this pathetic restaurant!! I walked in and no one greeted me and then when I did get seated and ordered my food it took over an hour for me to get it. The food was bland and it seems like the restaurant has no idea what type of food they want to serve. Almost everything I did want to order they were out of and they’ve only been open for a week. The management seemed to not know how to do their job but our server knew how to do her job but was very overwhelmed. When I asked for a manager they never came and I could see them all standing beside the bar just chatting. When I went to the bathroom one of the servers were crying because of how awful was there. I heard complaints from another table about the food and the management. The wings did not have any sauce on them and were very mediocre. I could tell the staff was being mistreated because while they were all running around, there was no management in site to help them. Overall, a dumpster fire. The management needs to find a different work industry because this is clearly not it for them. I give this restaurant two more months before it closes down because of how bad the food and management is.
