Streetcar Cafe has the best homemade beef burgers I’ve ever tasted! Simply delicious! The catfish platter was awesome too! The Paloma was so good! Our waiter, the guy with glasses, was AMAZING! It is a must have when visiting New Orleans.

The food at Street Cafe was delicious. The red fish in its special white sauce with mushrooms was very tasty. The potato salad was some of the best that I tasted, and the green beans were perfect. My husband enjoyed his meal too!

Streetcar Cafe gets 5 stars. The service, food, atmosphere and value are all great. We visited a few times while in town and this was our favorite spot to eat.

After being quoted a one-hour wait for Ruby Slipper, we came here instead. No line and the environment was so calm. Be ready for big portion sizes! You could definitely split an omelette with a friend. I loved the Vietnamese iced coffee and creamy grits.

This place was awesome! This was my first time to New Orleans. We were just looking for a place near our hotel. Just walked down the street and found this. I will definitely go back again before we leave town next week. Prices were good for what we got too!

Stopped here for a late dinner without a reservation and were able to be immediately seated. The oyster po boy was good. The gumbo and beignets were okay. The service was good and the location was convenient.

Had some creole red beans and rice for dinner at the Streetcar Cafe. The first time for me for this dish and it was good. It reminds me of chili but the creole version. The resteraunt is a cozy little spot with good service and courteous staff. Above average prices and you will want to walk to this one. Parking in this area is a burden. But it’s worth it for some quick, high-quality local food.

Quaint peaceful little cafe close to the French quarter. Breakfast was not rushed and delightful. Standard breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast, eggs Benedict and of course beignets. Coffee was smooth and delicious, with a variety of flavors and styles. I would love to eat here again!
