I had a really great experience visiting this restaurant! I really enjoyed the food while I really didn’t know what to expect but it’s really great authentic Mexican food which I really enjoyed a lot! The service was great as it seems like it’s a family restaurant which is great! Definitely a must try if you’re in the Pickens area!

The atmosphere is very nice. They even have an outdoor seating area. It was too cold to utilize that. I had the fish tacos I was very pleased it was no breading on the tacos. The salsa was not extremely hot which I love hot. They did have my two favorite hot sauces at the table. The chips were a little greasy and they did not offer us a refill. I asked for water with lemon I did not receive the lemon. The Texas nachos were three meals in one. The empanadas or greasy and there wasn’t enough meat. The seafood menu look delicious and they had a lot to choose from.

I stopped here for lunch and after my first bite of my campechano tacos, I was totally blown away that there weren’t more people here. Like what?? These are legitimate street tacos, seasoned perfectly and served HOT 5/5 without doubt. Thats not even taking into account that they’re rather cheap. Just hope this business gets more love from locals.

I had to hop on here to write a review while still in the restaurant. The 2 girls that were tending to us were extremely friendly, the food is awesome! good flavor. I wish the salsa was a little thicker but other than that we will be back we found our new favorite restaurant

We have found our new favorite!! We got great service (waitress checked in on us literally every 5 minutes), delicious flavored food, and just a nice atmosphere. The outside seating was great too. They are definitely one step above the other blah Mexican food in the area. My sister never eats her entire taco salad, until tonight. It was so good she couldn’t stop. Most of the other restaurants chicken was tough, but ours melted in our mouths. We are making the extra 10minute trip up here from now on for sure to try more. They just brought out an expanded menu with some tantalizing new flavors like pineapple grilled chicken. Couldn’t eat two plates it will have to wait. Best of all our meal for 2 with desert was $22.00.
