Beware. We called to inform the store, that we had found a small piece of metal/blade in our pizza . Immediately the store went on defense, making it clear that they don’t use any metal utensils, and that the blade “must have fallen from my chandelier” at home onto and then into the inside of the pizza slice… we weren’t calling to ask for anything and only wanted to make the store aware and allow them to be on the lookout for anything else. We somehow were treated like we were making it up, some how responsible, or trying to pull something over on them. When asked if I could get a contact email to send a photo for reference, I was told to get it in for Google. So since I am here, I might as well leave a review. This is reflective of only this 1 Order out of dozens we’ve previously placed thru the same store.

The pizza was not good. I’m not sure what they did to the crust but it was practically nonexistent. The mushrooms were so black we thought they were the olives and barely any meat. I paid $35 for a large pizza, covered in olives, that we couldn’t eat. This used to be a great place for pizza but something changed. Prompt service but poor quality tasteless food.

Last two orders from here were awful. Hot hat sandwich with no wash on the bread was completely dry and covered in flour. Pizza that said $22 online was $35 and had a really thin crust, once again still covered in flour, and was a combo but had very little toppings. Place has really gone downhill. Won’t be going for a third.

We ordered the Groovy Twists as well as 3 personal pizzas, the twists are super good, and i definitely reccomend them. The personal pizzas are really great, and I honestly love the tiny little toddler sized pizza slices, they’re super cute. They got us our food fairly quickly, and everything tastes super great. There wasn’t too ridiculously large of a crowd, which was really nice. The employees were all awesome, super polite and nice.

Nice litttle neighborhood place with good pizza’s. We ordered 3 large pizza’s from William along with chicken wings (plain) sauces on the side and twister bread. Pizza’s were ready and 20 minutes later, hot and tasty when we got home. Thank you William for being essential, you Rock @ Yuba City!!

Pizza has never disappointed, yes the wait might be a little longer than anticipated but you won’t be disappointed with what you end up eating. I really don’t understand where all these bad reviews stem from, must be the customer service. Also they always hook it up with ranch and condiments, you don’t see that everywhere

This is the “pastrami sandwich”. It had no mustard, no pickles, rotten lettuce, the bread was burnt and it had very little meat! I had asked for extra pickles, when I picked up my order I was told they don’t even have pickles. Yet It is in the description of the sandwich! “Crisp pickles”. Very disappointing.
