Dude was friendly, but honestly not worth it at all, $50 for 3 sub all meat was overcooked & some pieces were burnt. Unseasoned, tasted like a McDonald’s hamburger. Onions I’m guessing we’re forgotten at first because they were literally just thrown on top of closed roll. (couldn’t have bothered to open it back before adding them?) Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Ok I called in my order & when I arrived I waited for 10 minutes while the cashier took 3 orders meanwhile my food was ready just sitting on the counter looking at me. Very unacceptable please teach your employees better customer service there’s no way it should take that long to cash out since it’s quick and I did call it in!! I was better off ordering in store. Had I taken it off of the counter & walked out I’m sure she’d have been ready for me then

Just tried the Merritt Island location and I am so sorely disappointed! We ordered a regular cheeseteak with provolone and onions, just to give them a go. I was disappointed immediately upon unwrapping. When I pay almost $15 for a sub I’m expecting it to bust at the seams, not look like something I could’ve made at home. Onions were nearly non-existent and other toppings must cost extra, but I wasn’t even asked if I wanted any ♀️. No mayo, no sub sauce, no lettuce… just… some meat and cheese on a lot of bread. I ordered at 7pm on a Saturday and I was the only order so it wasn’t busy.

Placed an order for delivery through the ordering app slice. I usually never have an issue until last night. I ordered 3 Julians and what was sent were just normal 12inch sandwiches without the double meat or cheese. Also ordered and paid for two 4oz sides of cheese wiz and got two 2oz cheese wiz. Now that would not be a big deal if the cheese wiz alone was $8 dollars extra. I called Slice who I ordered through to advise of the issue. Slice called last night and it went straight to voice-mail. No problem as Slice advised would call today. I just received a text from Slice advising “Hello Lauren, Slice here! Regarding the issue that you had with your order last night, unfortunately, we just spoke with the pizzeria and they did not offer any sort of refund/credit. We’re really sorry!” So now I know never to order from the Merritt Island location again. If I do decide to order again I will only order from the Melbourne location as last nights order was $140 and for it not to be right is a little much.
